I have an ssl installed. When I enable a background image my site is not secure. When I remove the background image and use a solid color in the admin area my site is 100% secure during checkout.
So I think the css might be linking the background image in a way that makes the page non secure.

Is there an option in the theme to hide or show a certain sidebar?

on the bottom right if I am online in my support chat it will show the window like shown in the image in my original post. If I am offline please click the support button at the very bottom in my footer. It should also show the text input css override.

You can just add any of those products and add it to cart and proceed to check out. both the cart page and checkout page should be ssl secured. It seems maybe there is an image, part of the css or something that is not secured.
I understand that my site is still secure but some browsers show a popup error saying some content is not secure and it does lower the sales conversion rate. I just want my pages to be fully secured.

I am not getting it either. Macbook pro retina. also my custom built gaming pc.
I prefer not to post my company website in a public forum. is it possible to send you an email with my domain name?
I would like the contact form to be zendesk.com compatible. zendesk is a support system that many business use.
