I would suggest to use a plugin for that work, like Contact Form 7 or Ninja Forms, as no modifications are required to be done.

The icon there is not controlled from CSS but with element input to the span.
You will need some advanced modification to the theme, to manage to do it.

The cookies are needed for many different areas and it is not only enfold but WordPress also.
You will have to work a way with WordPress to handle those stuff, as we can not do much our selfs, from the enfold point of view.

With CSS only nop, it is not.
You would need to do some modifications to bbPress files, to add the banner as image and then add the link attributes.

Supporting the RTL to the builder would mean a lot of work as a new feature.

Yes, you can create an is_category and use that, on category pages that are related to the podcast, else use the Read More.
