You will need yo update for everything to be working properly.

If the version is old, because Enfold API might has changed, you need to update manualy.
Also install a plugin lik

We can see it:Version: 3.0.4
while enfold is on version 3.5.3

If you can see it somewhere and somewhere else not, then it is the refresh, I hope you can understand that.
Even if the Jquery is helping on a way, that is not the best solution. Please remove it, update everything ( child theme files also ) and then u can also run a Regenerate thumbnails function, to make sure everything has been clearedRegards,
