That is a customization of the theme, which – if you can not handle it, I am afraid you will have to hire a freelancer, as it is outisde of our support scope.

The print screen you share with us, can be achived but does require either some modifications or some hooks to be placed, to modify the Woo Query.

It seems that Directory plugin is also conflicting for a reason.

Based on the informations you are providing to us, it seems that the issue is related to your hosting provider and not nfold at all.
Please contact the hosting provider as the speed issues might also make your images load slow.

Have you added a API key from the theme options panel?
If not, please do add and let us know if that fixes the issue.

Please also make sure you disable all the plugins so you can give it a look.

Please make sure, when adding your domain at the Google Maps API area, to add it with wildcat, adding a * at the end
Example:

domain.com *
