Enfold does fit with those models and can be used to recreate any example.
Enfold also works with Tickera, if you are interested to use it.

That is because the image size adjust when scrolling so the bar is bigger.
Do you want to make the logo smaller or adjust the size of the bar?

means that your memory limit is low into your hosting provider and if they could not identify the issue with such clear message
better to change them.

Ask to increase the php memory limit to 256M
