Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

You will most probably need a second plugin for that.

I have loaded the web site with my iPhone and I could see the cart on the same line, but on top of logo
You can always use a smaller logo for mobile devices.

From what we can see, it is possible to do it.
You will do need some extra plugins and maybe some customisations, but yes it is possible.

You can do that, by using ALB and hiding some elements and load custom menus as per certain areas.
It is mostly WordPress functionality but Enfold can help you with it.

As I can see, it is either a conflict of some CSS or a Cache issue.
You will need to take care of that ( remove plugins, custom code ) and let us know if it will fix the issue
