Hi!

That is because ( as I told you on first ticket ) the problem is that even if you update, you need to control cache.
Clearing it ( and on some times disable – enable again ) is a method that required.

In any cache, it is related on how you handle cache and seems that I was also looking a different version because of CDN or a missconfiguration.

@Kahil please create a staging enviroment so you can try and handle the updates.
There, add the update and make sure if it still not works to clear cache and maybe reupload the theme through FTP ( sometimes, something can go wrong while updating from the updater ).

That you request is not possible, you can although take a screenshot of the page and then modify that with photoshop and some changes.

Regarding the color combination, you can change it from our theme options.
Yes, you can use it on your WordPress Installation, with no problem at all.

That has nothing to do with our theme, although.
You are hacked.

You will have to contact someone to help you to remove the malware from your web site.
Most probably it is related to Old Version of WordPress from what I can see with that issue.

Hey!

The issue is because the update is not completed.
You have to login through FTP and delete a file called ” .maintenance ” which will help you recover the site.
If he theme is not updated, re-upload through FTP. It seems that hosting provider does not have enough resources to go through it.

You can urn off layer slider and try edit through ” text ” of the editor.
The best option although would be to keep editing through ALB so you do not face any issues while editing.
