When embeding from youtube, you have to be sure, both links are on https that are generated from either embed plugin or from the iframe.

As already told you, the issue is not from the theme.
Either a plugin is conflicting with the header or there is a problem with cache.A link could help you understand more, but please do not make 100 posts at forums, as that might result limiting your posting capabilities from the system.

That is not an issue of enflod.
You have either a plugin that is exporting something to header or have done any modifications to the theme, that can give that 2 on top of there.Regards,

You can not just change form phpmyadmin, because the password should be MD5 hashed.

Yes, it is possible by modifying either the Code, or adding a link ( that you can also style it ) and make that with a class that is visible only to mobile.
Media queries can be used for that purpose.If you do not have the know how you can always try hire someone, who will be able to help you with the process.

That is because the menu text is also white.
SO changing it, makes it the same as the background of the area.Let us know
