Hi,
Yes, and maybe check if they also block emails that start the ” from ” to be wordpress@
Let us know if that will solve the issue and we would understand if you just want to change to something else so you can just get over with the issue.
Thank you for your patience although

BasilisHi,
Are you using an image sitemap?
Do you have meta to all your images, from your media gallery?Best regards,
BasilisHi,
It seems that there are modifications, you are right on that, but we can not know exactly what it is or how and where it is been modified.
It is not easy for us to help you a lot with that.
It is better to tru locate / remove the changes you did, so you can go step by step to find the problem.Thank you
Best regards,
BasilisHi,
You would need some custom code to make it work, or you can contact the plugin developer to help you out.
Best regards,
BasilisHey josollazzo,
We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)
Best regards,
BasilisHi,
Yes, it is possible to make a slider only to mobile, but to do so you would need to hire someone who will be able to create the appropriate CSS method, to make it work properly.
Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
Best regards,
BasilisHi,
Have you cleared yur cache?
What is the page you are using it so we can test also?Best regards,
BasilisHi,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

It seems like a JS conflict.Best regards,
BasilisHi,
That is something that Kriesi has designed.
But as we do changes to the style and options many times, he might reconsider it if more people do have the need. Please feel free to let us know any other requests on the following request thread and Kriesi can take a look!
Best regards,
BasilisHi,
It can be a php security issue, because it is on save.
Can you show us your php info please?Best regards,
BasilisHi,
As Victoria said, you can copy paste from the main page, but there is no option to use the WooCommerce elements, inside ALB we are afraid
at least for nowBest regards,

Best regards,
BasilisHi,
We can not be sure where the issue is, most probably on the way you have installed and setuped the Cache Plugin
Regarding the search pages, is it happening if you also clear your local cache?Best regards,
BasilisHi,
You can try enable a plugin like ” Search Everything ” which will help with the issue.
The problem is not on our theme, it is how WordPress Search is working. We appreciate your understanding
