Yes, that is happening because of the elements.
If you want to modify them, you will need to create that HTML as shortcodes and use the shrotcode.

That would require to modify the shortcodes template.
You can use a child theme and the following codeand then you can go ahead and try do those changes. For exmaple, after modify you can use get_category_id to load the id or name as per your needs

When you modify the Strings with Loco Translate, you need to save them, then compile the .po / .mo files again
And then use itPlease try to check that from Loco Translate and we are sure u will be able to find the way out.
