From the discussion is other what I understood so this does impress me a little bit.
We do not have previous issues with that, but I understand that maybe there is something having issues with the Payment Processor.
To debug this as it is plugin related, we would need more time. It is strange and we have to test it. Can we do this over your web site?

Can you please explain a little bit for us:

1. Are you trying to show everywhere only the Parent Category Habitas ( if yes – we need to category ID )
2. Do you want everywhere to so the Parent category of the active is visible?

Reply this and we can help you modify the function, it should be an If statment.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

2. We do not no unfortunately
3. Primary is the main category for a product and then the product can have a subcategory also
4. You need to upload them as high as possible and then our platform will generate them the correct way.

We cant help if it is because of a really old version of a browser, unfortunately.
Some things move forward, same happens on Web Design, so you will have to ask your client to upgrade the browser ( especially Opera ) so they can see some of the latest technology features over the Internet, not only their web site.
