1.) I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue. Afterwards deactivate all of your plugins completely, to check which one is causing this issue.

I checked link in private on my smartphone, but it seems to work totally fine. I can’t see anything wrong. So where exactly is the problem? screenshots you’ve provided do not show anything wrong for me neither.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

By the way you can do this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and then you can create the elements you need and use the shortcodes to implement it in the future.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

that won’t be easily possible. Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

you really need to follow the tutorial I already provided to you. However, delete all Google API Key you have created so far and then recreate them. Make sure no other plugin is using any Google API key. Keep all other plugins deactivated while testing. Make sure you’re not using any caching (and your host neither).
