Remove any Google API key you’ve created so far and completely recreate them for Enfold. Do not use any other Google API Key for any other plugin etc., to check is one is causing a conflict.

not sure what you want to achieve exactly, however it sounds to me as it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

I can’t see any gap in your header. Can you provide us a screenshot showing the issue please? use imgur.com or dropbox.
Go to Enfold->Header->Extra Elements->Header Secondary Menu

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

please use different tickets for different questions.
1.) Not sure what you want to achieve exactly, but the only way you can sort your products with Product Grid is with “Sorting Options” when editing Product Grid element.
2.) In your new ticket please provide us a precise link showing the elements in question.
3.) Ask WooCommerce support about such a function.

I tried this:
.typeform-share.button { background-color: red; }as they’ve written, but it’s only working outside the lightbox: http://i.imgur.com/OB6PAbM.png and not inside as seen here: http://imgur.com/a/0RDou, where button color does not get changed to red or any other color. So something is still missing. Can you ask them about this please?

Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

so what did you change so it’s not working again now? Follow the same steps when you got it working again. Remove all your Google API key and create a new one for Enfold. Are you creating any other Google API key for a plugin or something?

if you want to replicate a page or an element inside ALB, then simply use the template function.
I checked your website and when viewing on mobile devices I can’t see anything wrong. Can you provide us screenshots showing the issue please?

it’s quite a lot of customizations you’re asking for and normally you would need to hire a freelance developer for this: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
However, if you send us a precise screenshot (imgur.com, dropbox, etc) showing us exactly what you want to achieve, then we could help you out I think. Not sure about which sub menu buttons you’re talking about.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

can you explain further please? I have no idea what the issue is about. Please use screenshots to highlight what’s going on for you (imgur.com, dropbox, etc).
Also send us admin access, so we can have a deeper look into.
Maybe a plugin is causing the issue you’re experiencing, so please deactivate all of them to check which one could cause it. Remove any theme customizations you’ve done so far, to check if one is conflicting another.
