Hi,
I used this code inside your Quick CSS field:
//** KRIESI CUSTOM CODE **// @media only screen and (min-width: 767px) { .only-mobile { display: none !important; }} @media only screen and (min-width: 767px) { .only-mobile { display: none !important; }}
for the page in private content.
Somehow it needs two times of the same code. So there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

it appears totally fine for me: http://imgur.com/a/5qD7I
Please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

AndyHi,
try to add an !important yo your code which hides the element on mobile. So something like this:
.for-mobile { display: none !important; }

AndyHey variabel,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area
Best regards,
AndyHi,
this whole thread is quite confusing to me. Please make sure to talk abut one single issue only here and feel free to open new tickets for different questions/issues.
We recommend to work with Yoast SEO plugin, if you want to improve your SEO.
If you want to provide your elements from ALB a custom css class, then follow these instructions: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
AndyHi,
are we allowed to temporarily deactivate all your plugins? I still think this issue is caused by a conflict with a plugins.
However, also there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

it depends, but we recommend to use 256MB of php memory limit for Enfold.
Thanks for sharing your solution with us!

AndyHi,
no idea what you want to show us with your screenshot to be honest. Have in mind that we don’t understand any Russian. Please remove any customizations you’ve done for your mobile search and then add the code from here into your Quick CSS field and adjust the values if needed.
Switch off any caching you’re using and afterwards deactivate your caching plugin as well as all other plugins. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

AndyHi,
responsiveness is not about making your browser screen smaller, but about that it looks good on smaller devices. So I checked on iPad and iPhone screen size, but there is not fullscreen slider available. Did you activate it? we need to be able to inspect the elements in question, otherwise we can’t really help.
You could control your elements on different browser screen sizes using media queries: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/. For this you could turn on custom class on all ALB elements and provide a unique css class for your slider.

AndyHi,
simply deactivating your caching plugin is not sufficient. Please follow the instructions correctly and first switch off your caching function inside your cache plugin, before deactivating the whole plugin. Otherwise caching will go on.

AndyHi,
I see. Use something like 90% inside left value.

AndyDecember 24, 2016 at 11:11 am in reply to: "Logo + Main Menu Area" in "right sidebar" in RTL language issue #728113Hi,
inside your persian Quick CSS field I’ve added this code (which I already provided to you before):
/* KRIESI CUSTOM CODE */ .html_header_right #top .av-main-nav ul ul { top: 155px; }
and now it seems to work fine for me: http://imgur.com/a/yeyzr
Can you confirm please?

AndyHi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Please deactivate all other plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes.
What is WooCommerce support saying about this?Best regards,

AndyDecember 24, 2016 at 10:55 am in reply to: Conflict between Enfold and Events Calendar (Modern Tribe) #728109Hi,
of course Kriesi has designed the theme the way it is right now. Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
You can find good freelancers here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customizationBest regards,
AndyHi,
I’ve duplicated the site you’ve provided and used a Code Block element for the last two elements, which link to Google. Hope this helps you.

remove any customizations you’ve done and then let us know when you’re ready, so we can have a look at a clean Enfold installation. If your mega menu still behaves weird, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,
AndyHi,
there is no special function for this in the theme and thus it will be difficult to achieve this effect. You can try to adjust margin value of the small images:
.avia-image-container.avia-align-center { margin-bottom: 6px; }
until it fits for you. Then you could adjust image height of the bigger image with a code like this:
.avia-image-container.av-styling-.avia-builder-el-17.avia-builder-el-no-sibling.avia-align-center img.avia_image { height: 225px; }
You could also turn on custom css class for this image, so the code you need to use gets easier to handle.
If you need this all to work on smaller devices, too, then you need to wrap media queries around the code.

I checked again on an htc android device and it’s still working fine for me: http://i.imgur.com/EBIn15S.png
Please use another ticket for a new question and best to search the forum if your question was already answered. For first information: auto play on mobile devices is not allowed due to restrictions of the vendors of those devices.

AndyHi,
die Lösung ist in dein Kontakt Menü die volle URL einzutragen. Das habe ich jetzt für dich übernommen. Kannst du bitte bestätigen, dass es nun funktioniert?

Was genau meinst du? du benutzt ganz normal ein Text Element, indem du dein Link einsetzt.

AndyHi,
go to Enfold->General Layout->Dimensions->Content | Sidebar Ratio
and choose something which works better for you.For making your advertising smaller use this code inside Quick CSS field:
div#adContent { width: 250px !important; height: 200px !important; }
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
remove this part using this code inside Quick CSS field:
