Hey bensondesign,

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

If that does not help, then deactivate all your plugins to check which one could cause this issue.

Then you can see the shortcodes which are generated when creating any elements. So if you add an icon element using ALB, then you’ll see this shortcode:

[av_font_icon icon='ue854' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' link='' linktarget='' size='40px' position='left' color=''][/av_font_icon] 

which you can use inside your header element (Numero di telefono o piccolo testo informativo).

bitte öffne für so etwas ein Ticket in unserem Forum.

Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um einen Fehler mit Enfold, daher können wir dir auch nicht wirklich helfen. Ich würde mich direkt an Bestwebsoft wenden und nach einer Lösung fragen. Eventuell hilft es, wenn du das Plugin via FTP deaktivierst. Benenne dazu den jeweiligen Plugin Ordner einfach um.

Not sure what you want to achieve, but you can easily add a manual link to your image inside partner/logo element. So when editing partner/logo element click on one of your images you’ve added and then you’ll see this: http://imgur.com/a/YcgBp. Not set your link settings to “Set Manually”.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

We recommend to search for a plugin with such a feature. Uber menu was mentioned before by some other customers.
