Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

wir kennen uns mit diesem Plugin leider gar nicht aus. Am besten mal beim Autor des Plugins nachfragen.

das ist komisch. Eventuell sind einige Theme Dateien korrupt und in diesem Fall müsstest du alle Theme Dateien via FTP komplett löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Enfold Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account besorgen: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

did you check the Title “Bar Settings” options when editing a page/post? there you can remove any titles.

thanks for the video and yes it’s always best to open a new ticket in our forum, to keep things clear for us.
Everything on your homepage seems to be zoomed in somehow, so bigger than usual. I guess some custom code is causing this issue and as you’re using quite a lot of it, it would be best to remove all of it to check which one is causing this issue.

you won’t lose anything if you delete all theme files via FTP, cause all your work is stored inside your database. So go ahead and delete everything, then get a fresh copy from your themeforest account. However, make sure to have a backup, just in case.

This only happens on blogposts. Yes, you’ll lose any WP default settings and need to create everything from scratch when using ALB on blogposts. On the other site you’ve got all the freedom to do everything what you want, any layout you want, etc. So only activate ALB on blogposts if you really want to do everything from scratch and want to have full control this way.

then add media queries to my code, so it works on smaller screen sizes only. Something like:

I have difficulties to navigate through your backend. Often I just get a blank page. I can’t do anything this way. Make sure that no IP’s or countries get blocked, so we can access everything smoothly.

die Kategorie Seite wird nicht vom Theme, sondern von WordPress selbst kontrolliert. Das heißt es gibt keine einfache Möglichkeit das Layout zu verändern, außer wenn du archive.php anpasst. Bei solchen Anpassungen, können wir dir hier leider nicht aushelfen, da müsste ein Freelance Developer ran.

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Also try to deactivate all of your plugins, to make sure non is causing this issue.
