2.) You can choose that inside your WPML options. Ask WPML support if you need some more help with it, as they know their plugin best.

3.) You could create that layout manually activating ALB for your blog posts.

ich denke es liegt ein einfaches Cache Problem vor, was anderes fällt mir nicht ein. Kann ja ansonsten nicht sein, dass verschiedene Leute unterschiedliche Sachen sehen bei ein und der selben Website. Versuche es auf einem Rechner zu checken, wo du die Seite noch nie geöffnet hast.

klingt für mich wie gesagt nach einem Cache Problem. Leere deinen Browser Cache ordentlich, dann sollte das Problem nicht mehr auftauchen. Checke es ebenfalls auf einem anderen Computer.
