Hey lanikita,
not sure what you mean, as I can’t find any box with 2 arrows on the link you’ve provided. Screenshot would have helped a lot, so please use imgur.com or dropbox.
Really not sure what you’re trying to achieve and maybe it’s best if you import the demo inside one of your Enfold installation (localhost for example), to check out how things were done.

AndyFebruary 14, 2017 at 4:27 pm in reply to: Elements are looking different – depending of the position #746959Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Also if you create a new page and start from scratch it can happen then it will work.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
that’s default WordPress behavior. So nothing you could really change I guess. However, feel free to ask general WordPress forum about it.
Best regards,
AndyHey clairemartindigital,
about which elements are you talking about exactly? please always provide us a precise link and screenshots highlighting the elements you’re talking about. Use imgur.com or dropbox.
Best regards,
AndyHey tremblayly,
your first code should not cause any issues, but what are you using your second code for? If you want to change image sizes, then better to use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
You could also ask WooCommerce support how to change their image sizes.

AndyHey Divers1fy,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

AndyHi,
you need to play with the different height and width values until it fits to your needs. However, I checked the link you’ve provided, but can’t really find the elements in question. Can you check please?
Best regards,
AndyHey lucky19,
refer to:
We can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins as written inside our support policy. So you need to this by yourself or hire a freelance developer if you’re not familiar with php coding.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
use this code inside Quick CSS field:
#footer .flex_column section:first-of-type { margin-top: 0px; }

AndyFebruary 14, 2017 at 3:35 pm in reply to: Sidebar doen't display on single product page Enfold #746918Hi,
I checked your website and can see your sidebar just fine: http://i.imgur.com/MQQ6Wwe.png
So seems you could fix it. If not then please provide us a precise link where it’s not working for you.
As I see now, you’re probably talking about single product page (a precise link would have helped a lot). Try it with another WP theme. As far as I know this is the default layout by WooCommerce. So best to ask them for support about it.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
that’s not the way WordPress is working and featured images are completely controlled by WP itself. However, what you could try is to activate ALB for your blog posts and create everything from scratch.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
can you provide us precise links of the portfolio items in question please? so we can inspect the elements which are not working for you.
When editing your portfolio item, switch to another language and then a featured image inside of it.

AndyFebruary 14, 2017 at 3:17 pm in reply to: Enfold Template: Need a Quick CSS master for changing the single post title #746911Hi,
this thread is quite confusing to me, please open different tickets for different questions/issues. Keep your questions about Enfold only here.
To be honest I’ve no idea where to look at on your website and even not sure what the whole problem is about. Please be specific, clear and keep one question/issue in one ticket. Send us a precise link where we can inspect the elements in question, as well as a screenshot highlighting what’s going on (use imgur.com, dropbox).
I checked link in private but could not really see any issues there.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
have you got similar results with another WP theme?
Feel free to make a feature request for Kriesi here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area
Best regards,
AndyHi,
contact your host about the issue and tell them to increase your php memory limit on your server. Increase it to 256MB.
If this does not help there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Also re-installing WP might help.

Best regards,
AndyHi,
so can you show us what exactly you want to have different? a mockup would help, then we can provide you some precise css code to achieve what you need.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
posting your source code does not help us. Instead post a precise link to your website showing the elements in question, as well as admin access.
Have you got similar results when using a default WP theme? please let us know about your results.

AndyHi,
so you want to change image sizes, right? Try the following:

AndyFebruary 13, 2017 at 9:36 pm in reply to: Custom section behind transparent header in search page? #746626Hey emilgandersson,
you can’t easily implement a color section into header, otherwise you hire a freelance developer for this job. What you could try to do is this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
However, a precise link showing what you’re talking about and screenshots highlighting to make things clear for us, would really help.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try to adjust it’s height with this code inside Quick CSS field:
.ls-wp-fullwidth-container { height: 500px !important; } .ls-inner { height: 500px !important; }
and adjust height value as needed.
Best regards,
