Hi!
I can’t open the link and get a “Gateway Timeout: can’t connect to remote host” error message. Can you please check?
Cheers!
AndyHi!
I am sorry, we can’t provide support for any 3rd party plugins. The only thing you could try is to deactivate all other plugins, to see if one is interfering. If that’s not working for you, then you would need to ask slideshare support how to make it work with Enfold theme.
You can make a feature request for Enfold here: kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Cheers!
AndyHi Alex!
Weitere Infos dazu: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/
Gruß,
AndyHi!
use this code for your images in easy slider:
.avia-slideshow li img { width: auto !important; }
Please use a new ticket for a new question.
Use this for your dots:
a.goto-slide { background-color: red; }
Best regards,
AndyHi!
can you send us a screenshots of what you want to achieve please? because how it is looking right now we can see on your website, but it’s difficult to imagine how you want it to change.
If you want to center your icons use this code:
.avia-section .template-page .entry-content-wrapper { padding-right: 215px; padding-left: 216px; }
and adjust as needed.
Regards,
AndyHi!
Wordpress is resizing all your images when uploading automatically. If you want to have more control over image size you can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
Cheers!
AndyHey!
please try to deactivate all plugin, to see if one is causing this issue. You can also try to rebuild the page in question completely, so just add a new page with the same content to check if the issue is gone.
Also please upgrade to Enfold v3.2.2
Regards,
AndyHey!
AndyHey!
glad it’s working for you now. Let us know in a new ticket if you have any other issues or questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist!

AndyHi!
hm not sure what you mean exactly. Can you show us screenshots of what you want to achieve?
Try this code:.sidebar .widget:first-child, .content .sidebar .widget:first-child { padding: 30px; }
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHey hotspot!
can you post a link to your website showing the issue? admin access would be helpful as well. Post login details here as private reply.
Regards,
AndyHi Webmasterteam!
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/
https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-migrate-db-pro/2.)

AndyJune 30, 2015 at 11:08 am in reply to: Bilder Masonry verschwinden ab einer gewissen Auflösung #466302Hey!
du verwendest eine sehr alte Theme Version. Bitte installiere immer die neuste (Enfold v3.2.2).

AndyJune 30, 2015 at 11:07 am in reply to: Onlineshop funktioniert plötzlich nicht mehr. SSL Problem #466299Hi!
AndyJune 30, 2015 at 11:00 am in reply to: enfold shop show extra product info on shop overview page #466290Hey burtonimagery!
to be honest I am absolutely not sure what you are talking about and it would be best for us when you separate each question into different tickets, because then we can answer simultaneously and you would get a faster reply.
If you need a password gallery you would need to search a plugin for it.
Please always use screenshots to make things clear (imgur, dropbox), because it’s very difficult for us to imagine what you write. I can’t see any “client” category on the first link you have provided for example.
1.) I think the questions belonging to WooCommerce would best fit inside WooCommerce Support, as they know their plugin best.
What do you mean with 2,3,4 below? If you use for example masonry gallery you can achieve something similar as the other photographer.2.) A tutorial on how you can add your own icon fonts: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-your-own-icon-fonts/
You can use the icon fonts also as your captions (with shortcodes as captions).3.) Not sure what you mean. What do you want to achieve exactly?
4.) Use this code in Quick CSS:
h3.grid-entry-title.entry-title { font-size: 18px; } .grid-entry-excerpt.entry-content { font-size: 16px; }
and adjust as needed.
Please use different tickets for different questions.

Hey!
please try to deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue. If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files and in this case you would need to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
Wordpress is resizing by default every image you are uploading. You can control it using a plugin like this:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/Also have a look at this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-image-sizes/#post-336176
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
use this code to hide captions on iPad:
@media only screen and (max-device-width: 1024px) { figcaption.av-inner-masonry-content.site-background { display: none; }}
Best regards,
AndyHi!
please refuse from bumping into your own thread, because otherwise your thread gets marked as “answered”, which pushes it back in our queue.
Note that we provide support via this forum only.
I am not sure what you want to achieve. Could you provide us a link where you want captions to appear please? because I can see you captions just fine here:
Could you find a solution for it already?
Best regards,
AndyHi!
not sure what you mean @greenlinkweb because I can’t see any previous and next button on the link you have provided in private content. Could you already fix it?
Cheers!
AndyHey!
no, we don’t have an environment where you can login. Please send us admin login as soon as you are ready. You can post login details here as private reply.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
I checked it again and it’s displaying fine on my end. Please try on another device as well to double check. We need to be able to reproduce the issue, otherwise we can’t do much. Let us know if it’s working for you on other devices and provide us screenshots please.
Regards,
AndyHey!
it seems to work normally when I press your scroll down arrow on the homepage. About which arrow are you talking about exactly? and what are the steps to see the issue? you can use screenshots (imgur, dropbox) to make things clear.
Regards,
AndyHi!
can you please try to use a default WordPress theme? if the same is happening then you know that your WordPress installation is corrupt. Did you delete all theme (enfold) files via ftp completely before getting a fresh copy?
Best regards,
AndyHey!
I get a “Oops, This Page Could Not Be Found!” error message when trying to open the link (Nextgen support.pdf).
Try to deactivate all other plugins, to see if another is causing this issue.
You can make a feature request for Enfold here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Cheers!
AndyHi!
I removed it.
Glad you could fix it.
Let us know in a new ticket if you have any other questions or issues. We are happy to assist.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
Bitte kontaktiere dazu deinen Host.
