does it work for you with anther WP theme? I guess you need to re install WordPress. Also there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Hi,

importing should work fine. Contact your host and make sure you’re server is using at least 256MB of php memory limit.

If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

eine Demo in eine Demo kannst du nicht importieren, denn all deine bisherigen Daten werden beim Importieren überschrieben. Welchen Shop Button möchtest du denn genau haben? Ein Screenshot und ein präziser Link wären super.

Eventuell sind einige Theme Dateien korrupt und in diesem Fall müsstest du alle Theme Dateien via FTP komplett löschen und dir hinterher eine frische Enfold Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account besorgen: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

when editing your accordion element then go to “Verhalten” and choose “Nur ein offenes Toggle erlaubt”.

I created a test page for you, with an accordion element (s. private content link). After you’ve activated debug mode, you can access the shortcodes of my test page and use them inside your widget or wherever else you want.

working for you or not? Please make things clear for us.

We strongly recommend to enable “Responsive Site”, otherwise you’ll get into trouble when accessing your website on mobile devices. Only disable it if you don’t plan to use your website on mobile devices. So does this issue about parallax effect disappear when you enable responsive site function?

Hey tfkee,

wäre besser wenn du uns einen Beispiel-Link statt einen Screenshot zuschicken könntest, damit wir uns die Funktionen die du brauchst genau anschauen können. Klingt jedoch für mich nicht als könntest du das mit Enfold einfach umsetzen, sondern denke mal du müsstest dir eins oder mehrere Plugins raussuchen mit solch einer Funktion.

funktioniert es denn mit einem anderen WordPress Theme? klingt für mich als müsstest du WordPress neu installieren.

Hi,

I noticed that you have been using a caching plugin. Activate your caching plugin again, then open your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site. Then deactivate your caching plugin again. Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

it will work everywhere where you’ve add a widget inside your color section, like in your /robs-mobile-test-page. Don’t forget to use “mobilemenu as custom css class everywhere.
