Though not sure what you mean, as site is loading fine when clicking the button.

it does not autoplay on mobile because it will need a lot of traffic and that can be very expensive in countries where they charge per MB. You could try to make a feature request here though: kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

I think this file is not supported inside a child theme. So I suggest to try the other solutions. Hope it will work for you.

the tutorial is for sorting portfolio elements, not grids. So it should work in your case as well. Are you sure you implemented everything correct? Can you provide us admin access and show us a link with your portfolio elements in question?

Es wäre besser für uns Moderatoren und für andere Leute, die hier im Forum nach Hilfe suchen, wenn du dein eigenes Ticket im Forum eröffnest, weil es sonst sehr unübersichtlich und nur noch schwer nachvollziehbar wird. Auch wenn manchmal ein und das selbe Symptom auftritt (wie z.B. “can not upload images to the theme”), liegen häufig verschiedene Ursachen vor. Ich hoffe jetzt verstehst du das.
Ich weiß gar nicht wie das der Thread Ersteller findet, dass wir hier in einer Sprache schreiben, die er gar nicht versteht.

Hast du bereits in deinem Spamordner nachgeschaut? denn eine Passwortänderung wird von unserem System automatisch aus versendet und alle anderen erhalten ohne Probleme eine Mail (jetzt mal abgesehen davon, dass dieses Thema inhaltlich nichts mit diesem Thread zutun hat!).

you are using WP Rocket plugin. Go into plugin’s setting and switch off caching. Then deactivate this and all other plugins to make sure none is causing any conflict. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
