Hi Girum!
deactivate all plugins to check which one is causing this issue.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
it should work I think with Elliott’s method. Can you provide us admin access, so we can check the code (in Quick CSS) you implemented for this function? also show us a link where you want to use these arrows. Post login details here as private reply.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
you can get more space between social media icons using this code:
span.av_font_icon.avia_animate_when_visible.av-icon-style-.avia-icon-pos-left.avia_start_animation.avia_start_delayed_animation { margin-right: 30px; }
and adjust as needed.
Can you give us the shortcodes of your other buttons as well please?
Cheers!
AndyHey!
glad Yigit could help. Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
I can’t see any issue on mobile, because all content is showing up for me. Could you fix it? Try to deactivate all plugins to check if one is making problems.
Regards,
AndyHi!
this is expected behavior, as lots of mobile devices are blocking autoplay by default. A WordPress theme can’t do much about it.
Best regards,
AndyHey rudtek!
not sure what you mean. Can you explain further please? and maybe show an example? a link to your website showing what you mean would help too.
Regards,
AndyHi!
can you provide us admin access please? so we can take a deeper look into it? try to deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue. Post login details here as private reply.

AndyHi!
as Yigit already mentioned: delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account. You won’t loose your settings. However, make a backup just in case.

does it work on a default WordPress theme? Please send us a link to the site in question. Make sure to use newest theme and WordPress version.
Best regards,
AndyHi!
what if you put the code into Quick CSS field or custom.css? clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. If it does not work send us admin access and we take a look. Post login details here as private reply.
In the long term you need to upgrade your Enfold version, otherwise at some point your website won’t work anymore I think.

Andy-

Hi IrinaDvinina!
I don’t know what exactly you want to achieve, but simply try this:
div.container { height: 0px; }

AndySeptember 9, 2015 at 12:49 pm in reply to: Full-Width Easy Slider caption location/appearance on mobile #500345Hi!
use this code:
.avia-caption-content.av_inherit_color { position: relative; top: 15px; }
and adjust as needed.
Cheers!
AndyHi matxxu!
I think your CSS should not effect any titles not showing up. How did you do it for the item where title is working fine? we would need admin access to have a deeper look into it. post login details here as private reply.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
you are using WP Super Cache plugin. Go into plugin’s settings and switch off caching. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Simply deactivating this plugin does not help, as caching would go on.
Best regards,
AndyHey JuergenB!
I don’t see what you are describing when loading your webpage. Which browser are you using? and which OS? Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Cheers!
AndyHi HeinM!
we can’t provide support for any 3rd party plugin and learndash writes on it’s homepage: “Integrates seamlessly with your
favorite WordPress theme.” So please ask their support to find a fix.Best regards,
AndySeptember 9, 2015 at 12:29 pm in reply to: Problem w not appearing Image Hotspot Tooltips + fixed background image (Chrome) #500338Hey!
not sure what is causing this problem, but in your backend I see that you are running quite an old version of the theme (v2.0). Please use the newest one (Enfold v3.3.2). Deactivate all other plugins but WPML and check again.
Regards,
AndyHey!

AndyHey!
normally we can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins and did you test the mailchimp form in another place but Enfold? make sure the code you are using is correct and please ask mailchimp for support. Not sure how they are achieving any redirection to a thank you page.
Best regards,
AndyHey!
I checked your website and can’t see “all/alle” tag. Could you remove it? clear browser cache and refresh a few times.
Cheers!
AndyHi!
looks good to me now. However, I don’t think such a high resolution is necessary, because you could control background-size with something like this:
div#av_section_1 { background-size: 700px 540px; }
Cheers!
AndyHi!
you are using an old version of WordPress. Please upgrade.
Cheers!
AndyHi!
numbers are aligned in center and “Pflichtfelder” is als showing fine for me. Could you fix it?

not sure what you mean, as your 3rd slide is showing totally fine for me. Can you use screenshots to show what you see please? use imgur.com or dropbox. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

AndySeptember 9, 2015 at 11:37 am in reply to: Table in grid row overlaps on mobile and not able to scroll anymore #500313Hey!
can you show us a link to the grid rows in question please? However, you can use Ismael’s code as an example and for the other grid rows you can use e.g.:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) { #top #custom-grid2 .no_margin.av_one_half { width: 100%; display: block; }}
Don’t forget to add custom-grid2 into “Section-ID” of the grid element in question.
Regards,
AndyHi!
please try to deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue.
Cheers!
AndySeptember 9, 2015 at 11:22 am in reply to: Standard Kategorieanzeige zeigt falsches Bildformat / Woocommerce Kategorieseite #500306Hey!
Wordpress is cropping images by default and you can control WordPress image sizes using a plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
