    Hi there,
    I’ve been searching the support forums and couldn’t find the answer to this one. I’d like to have the intro video on my webb to autostart, but can’t find out how. I’m not good at coding, so the easier, the better. :)

    Hey olofnaucler!

    How are you using the video? If your using it as a color section background then it should be autoplaying.

    Thanks Elliot! I had just realised that when I got you mail. Thanks for your help!
    There is a thing connected to this, though – and that is that the video doesn’t play on smartphones. Do you know why?

    Hi!

    this is expected behavior, as lots of mobile devices are blocking autoplay by default. A WordPress theme can’t do much about it.

    OK, then I know why. The big problem is that i won’t play the video at all. Can that be fixed?

    Hi,

    Does it have to be autoplay? If not there are plenty of other options like the Video element or in a slider.
