There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.

Also try a default Enfold version (no child theme), without any custom code.

weiß nicht genau was du meinst, aber wenn du eh ein Child Theme verwendest, dann wirst du nach dem Update für gewöhnlich keine Probleme haben. Deine Einstellungen (solange alles im Child Theme etc.) bleiben erhalten.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.

update to Enfold v4.0.2. Make sure you’re using a legal version, otherwise you’ll get into trouble.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

Try to deactivate any other custom code, to check if one is causing this issue.

Also try to browse to your wordpress wp-content>uploads>dynamic_avia folder either with FTP or your servers file browser and change the chmod permissions on it to 755 for the folder and its contents. See http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
