we can’t provide support for any 3rd party plugins, as written in our support policy. So if the plugin’s author can’t help you with it, then you’ll need to search for a different plugin or hire a freelance developer who can make it compatible for you.
However, I would go for a plugin from the WooCommerce authors (WooThemes).

make sure to use newest WP and theme version (Enfold v4.0.2). Deactivate any other plugins but WPML to check if one is causing this issue.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

you can make font-size smaller, so it doesn’t get overlapped anymore. Use this code:

span.av-inner-tab-title {
font-size: 10px;
}

and adjust as needed.

If you want to adjust it for mobile only, then go for adding some media queries:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
span.av-inner-tab-title {
font-size: 10px;
}}

rather I would try to convince him that this would be a very old approach to view websites on mobile. A modern theme like Enfold does not support such an old behavior. However, you can try to disable responsive mode and for this go to Enfold->General Layout->Dimensions->Responsive Site

why are you using Visual Composer if you have Enfold’s ALB? unfortunately we can’t support any 3rd party plugins, so best to ask plugin’s author about this issue. However, providing us some more information would be good as well, like screenshots showing what you mean and admin access.

I checked your website on iPad portrait screen size and what I see is: http://i.imgur.com/iOuRXqS.png, which looks fine to me. So could you already fix it?

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

Also please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
