Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

not sure what you mean. Please use a precise link instead of time and date and also please use screenshots to make things easy and clear for us.
Though I don’t think it will be 100% possible as you want. I think what you achieved right now is the limit. You could contact a freelance developer for any further customization.

bitte führe ein Upgrade zu Enfold v3.4.7 durch. Habe mir dein Quick CSS Feld angeschaut und kann dort nicht deinen font-face code sehen. Wo ist er? wir müssten ihn uns genauer anschauen können.

we definitely recommend to use WooCommerce instead. You need to contact plugin’s author about this issue. I inspected the elements of the table, but they do not respond to any changes. It seems to me that this plugin is not compatible.

und dann könntest du deine Elemente so anordnen im Layout mithilfe vom ALB wie du es für mobile möchtest. Diese mobile-only Elemente kannst du auf Desktop ausblenden lassen:@media only screen and (min-width: 736px) { .mobile-only { display: none; }}Sag mir bescheid, wenn du soweit bist und weiterhin Hilfe damit benötigst.

1.) Kannst du uns bitte präzise Links schicken, wo wir das Problem sehen können? Konnte auf deiner Seite nichts verdächtiges erkennen.
2.) Wenn du eine Seite editierst, gibts rechts die Option “Header visibility and transparency”. Mache dort deine Einstellungen.

gehe sicher, dass du die neueste Theme und WordPress Version verwendest. Deaktiviere alle Plugins, um zu schauen ob eins einen Konflikt verursacht. Lösche alle Theme Dateien komplett via FTP und installiere dir eine frische Enfold Kopie von deinem Themeoforest account.

are you sure your script is correct? where did you get it from? does it work for you when activating a default WordPress theme instead?

yes, usually server is blocking it. Contact your host about it. Try contact form 7 plugin, it mostly works in those cases.

not sure what you mean. The from address should not be the one the user puts inside contact form by default. Instead it is just the user’s email address, so you have his details. The from address will always be the one from general settings, it’s WordPress’ standard behavior.

deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue. Also there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

Kriesi is aware of this issue and currently working on it. Actually it’s more about a WordPress issue itself, so we need to wait for a new WordPress upgrade.
