However, at first deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue.

does this happen when using a default WP theme as well? please let us know about your results about this.
Sounds to me like your WP installation is corrupt, so go ahead re install it.

habe mir beide Seiten, die du uns geschickt hast, angeschaut, aber das Featured Image sieht gut aus (s. private content). Wo genau können wir den Fehler sehen? bitte immer präzise Link mitschicken.

die einfachere Lösung wäre: mache ein Backup. Dann führe die Tests aus (dauert ja maximal nur 5 Minuten) und schon bist du einen Schritt weiter :).

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
What I would try is to create a Fullwidth Submenu and then you can load your Portfolio menu inside of it, which of course you need to create at first as a WP menu.

Wenn du jedoch Enfolds ALB verwendest, kannst du natürlich ein Separator/Whitespace Element dafür verwenden.

unfortunately this is not available anymore with the new version of Enfold and there is no easy way to make it happen again. If you really need it then best to search for a plugin with such a function or hire a freelance developer for this job.

have never heard about that before and I doubt that this works with WordPress in general. However, test it with a default theme and let us know about your results. If it’s working with a default theme, then we can try to help you to make it work with Enfold, too.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
If that doesn’t help anything, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

1.) As I’ve written in your other post about this: seems this plugin is not compatible with Enfold. Ask plugin’s author for help about it or search for another one.
2.) Link doesn’t work for me. I see a blank page. However, this is default behavior. Only those images get loaded, which are also visible on your page.

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
However, I could import the files without any issues. On the link in private you can see that the images get loaded fine. Now you need to re create your slider, then the images will get loaded fine.
