Hi,
please open different tickets for different questions/issues, otherwise it gets very confusing for us moderators and for other people trying to search for help here in the forum.
However, not sure what you want to achieve. Please send us a screenshot of the elements in question and show us an example of what you want to achieve.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
can you provide us screenshots of the issue please (imgur.com, dropbox)? cause I checked your website, but can’t see any issues with your images. All look fine to me. Please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
glad we could help. Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
clear browser cache and your device and refresh the site a few times. The code Ismael provided to you should work fine. Check on another device as well.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,

at first we recommend to upgrade to Enfold v3.5.4. If it’s still not working for you then we recommend to work with Contact Form 7 plugin.

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I checked your website on desktop and on mobile. It looks good to me on both. Could you fix it already? if not please send us a mockup with the results you want to achieve, so we can provide you some precise css code.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
does it work for you with a default WP theme?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I have never heard any one else mentioning this in the forum. However, feel free to make a feature request for Kriesi here: kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I think the next update is coming soon. Kriesi is working hard on it. Thanks for being patient.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily for testing purposes?

AndyHi,
this happens because you’re using this code:
@media only screen and (min-width: 2250px) { .html_header_top.html_bottom_nav_header .main_menu { top: 200px; }}Change it to something like:
@media only screen and (min-width: 2250px) { .html_header_top.html_bottom_nav_header .main_menu { top: -1px; }}Best regards,

AndyHi,
check out this and if you have any more questions feel free to ask WC support about it: https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/203105897-How-to-set-up-and-use-a-child-theme
Best regards,
AndyHi,
it looks different for me:
see private contentSo as Ismael mentioned it does not depend on the theme, but on browser and screen resolution settings. So basically nothing we can control, as every browser and every screen resolution behaves differently. I suggest to use the codes we’ve provided to you.
Let us know if you have any theme specific questions.
Best regards,

Andy CaballeroHi,
send us a precise link where we can see the elements in question. I can’t see that you slider is on the left on the link you’ve provided.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
try to add an !important to it:
#contattaci { left: -6% !important; width: 112% !important; }Best regards,
AndyHi,
yes, you have to add the code two or three times. Your code looks good to me, just find the correct page-id. Let us know if you still need help with it and if yes then send us the precise links to the pages in question.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
to reproduce any issue we need to reproduce it on our own installation, not on yours. As I said to you it’s working fine for us, that’s why I told you that we can’t reproduce it. I believe you that it’s not working for you and if we can’t reproduce it on our end then we can’t do much about it. Moreover it’s working fine for thousands of other customers.
Let us know when we can access your backend with a default WP theme, then we will make some more tests for you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

AndyHi,
please use different tickets for different questions.
1.) About which button are you talking about? I can’t see any difference between desktop and iPad. Please use screenshots to highlight your intentions and to make things clear to us. Use imgur.com or dropbox.
2.) Use this code inside Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) { .responsive.html_mobile_menu_tablet .main_menu .avia-menu, .responsive.html_mobile_menu_tablet #header_main .social_bookmarks, .responsive.html_mobile_menu_tablet #header_main_alternate { display: block; }}Best regards,
AndyHi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- the URL to the login screen
- a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
- as well as a password for that username
