I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

you could try to use this code for the image in question:

You cannot use related posts when using ALB I am afraid, but you can always use a plugin with such a feature.You could try CSS to hide the elements in question. Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
