    Hello support team,

Our Custom CSS field has disappeared: the subtitle of an image is different after a new post and cannot be repaired by adjusting the padding.
    How to solve this?

Website and login credentials are in the private content.

Thanx in advance for your assistance!

    Best,

    Marja

    Hey JWVK!

Can you please disable all the plugins, to check if something is creating issues so we can be sure there is no conflict?
If still nto back, please reupload theme files ( through ftp ) and let us know if that solves the issue.

    Thanks a lot

    Regards,
    Basilis

    Hi Basilis,

    Thank you!
I’ve disabled all the plugins and reuploaded the theme files, manually through ftp earlier already, after installing 4.5.2.
What could be a next step?

    Best,

    Marja

    Hi Marja,

I’m not sure if I understand the problem completely, on what page and on what element are you having this problem?

    Regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing the link. Please elaborate what is the issue you are facing on the team page so we can help :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi hello Vinay,

Let me try to describe it as clearly as possible.

On the team page we have created 5 columns, each column has a text block and a photo.block.
A new text is placed in a different way under the image: there is more space between the photo and the text (used as ‘subtitle’ under the photo) than in older ‘posts’.
Adjusting the padding in the first column does not help. Adjusting the padding in the column itself does not help either.

Do you know how to solve this?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

I checked website in question, but can’t see any issues. Would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi Andy,

herewith the links in private content. In the most recent updates (not necessarily the last/first ones) texts are placed lower under the image although paddings are the same.

    Hi,

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

    Best regards,
    Andy
