Hi,
your layerslider could work again if you completely delete all theme files first and then replace them with a fresh copy from your themeforest account.
I tried to login into your backend, but login credentials do not work for me. Please send us correct login details again.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
alright. Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please upgrade your WordPress. Switch off any caching (WP Rocket, etc.) and keep the caching plugin deactivated afterwards (until the issue is resolved for you).
Can you provide us FTP access, please?
Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
if this is happening although all plugin are deactivated then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Best regards,
AndyHi,
also teile uns bitte zunächst deine Ergebnisse hier mit.
Gruß,

What is your provider/host saying about it? Does it work for you when using a plugin like https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/api-key-for-google-maps/?Best regards,
AndyHi,
1.) It looks good to me on iPad portrait mode:
Basically you need to use media queries, for more infos about it check this site: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/
2.) Would be bet to open a different tickets for this, otherwise it get very confusing here.
Provide us a precise link showing what you mean.Best regards,

of course for portrait mode you need different media queries. Check this page for more information about media queries: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/media-queries-for-standard-devices/
Best regards,
AndyHi,

I see it on your end, but I can’t reproduce the issue on our end. So can you upgrade your WordPress at first please? to check if things get better afterwards for you? Which provider/host are you using?

AndyAugust 23, 2016 at 12:05 pm in reply to: Social Icons and other symbols disappear after a while #676327Hi,
hm I’m sorry, but as you can see I cannot even see the issue. Sounds as a caching problem though. Ask your host if they are using any caching on your server.
Best regards,
AndyHi,

AndyHi,
if even the “Google Maps API plugin” did not work for you, then it’s obvious that it can’t work with the implemented version of Enfold neither. So it seems that something is blocking the Google Maps API on your end. Does it work for you wir a default WordPress theme (using “Google Maps API plugin”)? please let us know about your results.
Best regards,
AndyHey fragezeichen,
.comment_container .miniheading { display: none; }

AndyAugust 23, 2016 at 11:43 am in reply to: Möglichkeiten Bildgrößen f responsive, nur 1 Bild od mehreren Größen hochladen? #676304Hey Wagner1972,

AndyHi!
as you can see in my last screenshot this issue is happening with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Eleven), too. The link shows that it should be the italian version, but as you can see everything is in english. This proofs that it’s not a theme related issue. Come back to us if it’s working for you on a default WordPress theme, but not on Enfold.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I can’t activate ALB on your installation, it seems there is a conflict with a plugin. Thus I can’t test Google Maps element on any site. Are we allowed to deactivate all plugins?
Best regards,
Andy@hector1069
Can you try to delete all theme files completely and afterwards get a fresh copy from your themeforest account please? to make sure there are no corrupted files in your installation. Please deactivate all plugins while testing. Which provider/host are you using? ask them if Google Maps (API key) gets deactivated by them.Best regards,
AndyAugust 22, 2016 at 7:28 pm in reply to: Google maps not working even though I followed all instructions #675982Hi,
I checked your footer and your map is working:
Could you fix it?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Upgrade your WordPress and deactivate all plugins while testing. Let us know when you’re done.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I checked your website on mobile, but can’t see anything wrong with your mobile menu:
Could you fix it?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
so, hoff du bist zufrieden?
Lieben Gruß,
AndyHi,
there is a htaccess login necessary, so can you provide us login details for it please?
Best regards,
Andy@designguy2006
Thanks. Can you provide us FTP access, as well? please ask you host if they are blocking Google Maps somehow. I could see that you’re using a Plugin for Google Maps API Key, is it working for you or not? is it working for you on another theme?Best regards,
AndyHi,
AndyHi,
will all be ok, however we still recommend to have a backup, just in case.
Best regards,
