I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

I noticed that you are using a caching/minify plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
If you still need help, then please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

I can’t see any errors inside the Chrome console so far, but you definitely need to switch off any caching. After switching it off, deactivate the whole caching plugin as well as all other plugins, to make sure none is causing any conflict.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

You don’t want the logo to shrink, but don’t want to uncheck the option which causes it to shrink? Not sure what you mean to be honest. Please provide us screenshots showing clearly what you want to achieve. Use imgur.com or dropbox.

首頁, HomeI’ve tried to change the page name into “首頁, Home” in WP page editer, but the header wasn’t changed.
You might want to use a SEO plugin like Yoast for this function.

I tried to watch the screen caption you’ve provided, but I can’t open it with VLC player or Quicktime player. Can you check please?
How to reproduce:
1. load page http://grsee.com/
2. Scroll down and stop at a section titled PCI CERTIFICATION
3. Click menu item (using anchor navigation) BLOG
4. Wait some time till page scrolls back up to the section titled PCI CERTIFICATIONI tried to reproduce this, but can’t. Your website stays on your #Blog section for me.
