Hi,
I added this code instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { .responsive #top .av-submenu-container { top: auto !important; position: relative !important; height: auto; } .responsive #top .av-menu-mobile-active .mobile_menu_toggle { display: inline-block; } .responsive #top .av-menu-mobile-active .av-subnav-menu { display: none; } .responsive #top .av-menu-mobile-active .av-open-submenu.av-subnav-menu { display: block; } }
Does it work for you now?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

I put this code into your Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { .responsive #top .av-submenu-container { top: auto !important; position: relative !important; height: auto; } .responsive #top .av-menu-mobile-active .mobile_menu_toggle { display: inline-block; } .responsive #top .av-menu-mobile-active .av-subnav-menu { display: none; } }
and it seems to work. Can you confirm please?

AndyHi,
so you want to hide your search menu on desktop? if yes use this code:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { #menu-item-search { display: none; }}

alright, thanks for this.

AndyHi,
I can’t see any left sidebar on the link you’ve provided. Are you sure this is the right link where we can see the elements in question?
Best regards,
AndyHi,
1.) I’m afraid that won’t be easily done, as ALB does not work on WC pages as you already mentioned. You would need to hire a freelance developer for this job. You could find one here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
2.) Use this code inside Quick CSS field:
@media screen only and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #scroll-top-link { display: block; }}
Please use different tickets for different questions. Send us admin access when opening a new ticket for 3.).

you’re using an old version of WordPress, so please update. Deactivate all plugins but WPML to check again. Let us know about your results.
When you’re done: are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins?

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Also there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. AndyHey BrendaSarg,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Also please check on another computer as well.
