October 11, 2016 at 12:19 pm in reply to: How to remove "Pages" in sidebar from default content? #697762
Hi,
go to Enfold->Theme Options->”Frontpage Settings” and choose your Blog page.
Then go to your Widget area and make sure that you’ve created the correct widgets for your blog page. Finally go to Enfold->Siebar Settings->”Sidebar on Blog Page” and make sure that you select the sidebar you need, to get the widgets displayed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
the print screen you’ve send us looks pretty much what you have on your website right now. So not sure if you could fix it already or not? if not then please send us a precise mockup showing the changes you want to achieve. Then we’re able to build some precise css code for you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,

I don’t have a twitter account, so I can’t see the first link you’ve provided. So do you want to use a code generated by twitter inside your website? if yes use a Code Block element for it.
Does it work with a default WordPress theme for you though?
Best regards,
AndyHey Karen,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyHi,
please stick with one question in one ticket only. Feel free to open new tickets for other questions.
Unfortunately we can’t help you with this kind of customization, as it would be out of our support scope. Please hire a freelance developer for this job here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Best regards,
AndyHey edu_guell,
what do you mean with “outstanding” image? can you explain further please? I think some screenshots showing what you mean would help as well. Use imgur.com or dropbox.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
alright! Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
maybe it would be best to ask the owner of the site you’ve mentioned. To change your blog’s layout go to Enfold->Blog Layout->”Blog Styling” / “Bog Layout”.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

AndyOctober 11, 2016 at 11:39 am in reply to: Problemas de posición de la Sidebar en portfolio items #697741Hi,
we do not know what you want to achieve exactly. That’s why we need to login, to be able to have a deeper look, but login credentials still do not work. If you do not want to provide us login details, then please explain further, send us a mockup showing the results you want to achieve and some screenshots showing exactly the problem you’re talking about. You can use imgur.com or dropbox.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
we can’t to this job for you, but we can tell you to remove all custom code you have inside your child theme one by one, until you find which one is causing this issue.

AndyOctober 11, 2016 at 11:33 am in reply to: WooCommerce Issue after WP Update – Can not add products w/ variants into cart #697737Hi,
login to your themeforest account and download the newest Enfold version. Then install it manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/
Best regards,
AndyHi,

1.) Unfortunately we can’t help you with this customization, as it would be out of our support scope, as written in our support policy. If you can’t customize loop-index.php by yourself, then you can hire a freelance developer for this job, for example here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Best regards,
AndyHi,
if this does not work for you, then check out this: http://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-menu-item-limit
Keep in mind that this issue is not caused by the theme, so we can’t do much about it. You would have it with any other theme or plugin as well. You really need to get correct server settings. Unfortunately that’s nothing we can really help you with. We can just point you to the right direction (providing you links, etc.).
You can try is with another WordPress theme, to confirm this of course.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
hm? not sure what you mean. But Ismael did mention those plugins by purpose, because they work fine with Enfold. So again: we recommend to use those plugins, instead of others.

AndyOctober 11, 2016 at 11:11 am in reply to: Avia layout builder problem with displaying source code #697731Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
please stick to one question/issue only in one ticket. Open another ticket for more questions. This gets very confusing for us and thus difficult for us to support you.
To get rid of the blue circle use this code:
.big-preview.single-big { pointer-events: none; }
If you want to remove your sidebar, simply remove it inside your backend. Go to Enfold->Sidebar Settings->Sidebar on Blog Page
To adjust your header image use this:
.av-parallax-inner.main_color.avia-full-stretch { background-size: 4000px 241px !important; background-position: 0px 38px !important; }
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
your site seems good to me. What exactly do you want to achieve? do you want to get some space between your facebook button and your cart button? if yes use this code:
ul.noLightbox.social_bookmarks { padding-right: 10px; }
and adjust as needed.

AndyOctober 11, 2016 at 10:57 am in reply to: How about a professional looking Mega Menu? Resized and more condensed? #697725Hi,
thanks for the screenshots. Try this code:
#top #header .avia_mega_div > .sub-menu { padding-right: 80px; }
and adjust as needed.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
we need a link showing the elements and the issue you’re talking about, to be able to inspect everything. Let me know when you can provide us a test link.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
AndyHi,
use this inside your Farsi page:
#top .av_header_transparency #header_meta li { left: 27%; }
Best regards,
AndyHi,

AndyHi,
does this mean your host is not able to make these changes mentioned here?
As mentioned in our documentation you would have this issue with other WordPress themes as well. “The limit is not imposed by Enfold or WordPress”
If your host can’t help you, hopefully you can do it by yourself.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
By the way we recommend to update WordPress and Enfold to the newest version, currently you’re using old versions.

AndyOctober 10, 2016 at 4:44 pm in reply to: Masonry Gallery Disable Display on entry into viewport #697454Hi,
link you’ve provided is working totally fine for me on mobile. All posts are loading fine, no need to scroll down for me.
Could you fix it? please make sure to use Enfold v.3.8.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
I can’t see that anything gets hidden: http://i.imgur.com/aLo2Sg6.png
Can you provide us screenshots of the issue please?
