I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

Also there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Please deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results.

If that does not change anything then please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

thanks for the screenshot finally :). I created a new page (see private link) and simply copied your whole content into it. It works totally fine now, so I still think some kind of cache issue is causing it on your original page. So simply create a new page and delete the other one.
