Hi,
when I search for a product /?s=iron&post_type=product I don’t get results I see only the title,
How can I get product search results like you have in your demo:
http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/?s=floss&post_type=productWhen I search for forum post type I get results.
e.g:

November 4, 2016 at 3:48 pm #708254Hi,
I can’t open your plugins settings, nor your Enfold settings inside your backend. So there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

November 7, 2016 at 12:54 pm #709142Hi,
I noticed that you have used a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Afterwards deactivate your caching plugin again. Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Also please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,

Our staging environment is not cached.
We host our site in wpengine. You can do whatever you want in the staging environment.
All credentials are in the private message.
November 8, 2016 at 3:19 pm #709857Hi,
yes, caching was activated on your staging site (ZEN Cache Plugin). I stitched it off, emptied your cache and deactviated all your plugins, but your website don’t seem to work correctly. I see a fatal error on your frontend. Please check it.

AndyNovember 13, 2016 at 12:57 pm #711608Hi,
I have found the problem:
In my functions.php there was a line:
add_theme_support( ‘avia_custom_shop_page’ );When I removed the line I got the product search result page when I the url was ?s=iron&post_type=product
Now when I removed the line there is a problem with the slider at the top of the page.
It doesn’t show the slider in the shop page in the environment site.
To show the slider I use the command [av_layerslider id=’6′]I saw in your site
Custom WooCommerce Shop Overview with Advanced Layout Editor
The easier option is to simply create a new Page and add a “Product Grid” template builder element, along with all the other stuff you want to show and simply don’t use the default shop page at all. This should be sufficient in most cases.that you recommend to create a new page for the shop page.
If I do that where should I define this page as my shop page?In the private content I provided all links from staging compare to production.
