Hi,
this is what I see on the link you’ve provided us (see screenshot in private section). There I can’t find any header background image, nor a header itself. So please provide us a precise link finally, where we can inspect the elements in question. Admin access would be helpful as well.
Best regards,

AndyHi,
it looks pretty good to me. Now you just need to add more menu points, if you want that.
If you still need some help, then would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)

AndyNovember 9, 2016 at 3:10 pm in reply to: Safari / Firefox: Display DIFFERENT view/formatting for events #710231Hi,
we can’t help you with 3rd party plugins. It would be best to ask the author about it and watch tutorials on how to use it properly.
Try this code inside Quick CSS field:
#tribe-events #tribe-events-footer, #tribe-events #tribe-events-header { height: 88px; } .av-single-event-meta-bar { display: initial; } .av-share-box { position: relative; top: 836px; }
and adjust height and top value as needed.

AndyHey jugalbandi3,
Wordpress is cropping images by default when uploading them and if you want to control this behavior you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes
I hope this will help :).Best regards,

AndyHi,
remove any custom code you’re using, deactivate your child theme and deactivate ALL plugins. Make sure you’ve deleted all theme files completely, before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times, and check on another computer as well.

AndyHi,
tienes que ir a Apariencia->Menus->Gestionar lugares-Enfold Menú principal
Elige “Main Menu”.Saludos,

AndyNovember 8, 2016 at 3:23 pm in reply to: Enfold + wpml + url portfolio = problems permalinks base category portfolio #709858Hi,
I reviewd links of flag language inside your source code and the correct link is generated. So everything seems to be ok for me.
We need a precise link where we can see the issue, otherwise we can’t help you.

AndyHi,
yes, caching was activated on your staging site (ZEN Cache Plugin). I stitched it off, emptied your cache and deactviated all your plugins, but your website don’t seem to work correctly. I see a fatal error on your frontend. Please check it.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyHi,
does this error happen as well when you’re using the theme without a child theme? Are you sure you deleted all theme files completely? before replacsing them with a fresh copy from your themeforest account?

AndyHey DaraEmerson,
are you just talking about font color?
Please always send us a precise link showing the elements you’re talking about. We need to be able to insepct them.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue.
Also try to deactivate all your plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results.
Best regards,
AndyHi,
We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)
Best regards,
AndyHi,
not sure what you mean.
About which image are you talking about? about the one with the clouds? please send us a precise link and a screenshot showing what you want to achieve. Use imgur.com or dropbox.Best regards,
AndyHey DaraEmerson,

AndyHi,
please follow the instructions here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/switching-to-mobile-menu-on-higher-resolutions/
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
AndyHi,
this is default WordPress behavior and has nothing to do with the theme (you would get smiliar results with another WordPress theme). You could ask for a solution about this in general WordPress forum. Maybe there is a plugin with such a function out there.
Best regards,
AndyHi,

Best regards,
AndyHi,
you can remove the gap between your last color section and your footer with this code inside Quick CSS field:
div#footer { display: none; }

would be best to stay in contact with plugin’s author, as we have no experience with this 3rd party plugin. Does it work for you when using a default WordPress theme? let us know about your results please.
