That worked! Thank you.
Hi! I tried that this morning, then did the ctrl + shift + R to flush cache. That was several hours ago, and it’s still looking the same on my end.
Hi! I just opened a different article on my site, and the that I have listed in bullet points are blue when they’re supposed to be black. Here’s the article for your reference: https://www.frugalconfessions.com/unemployed/how-were-handling-health-insurance-in-unemployment.php
I checked in a different browser as well (both Chrome and IE).
Ah. That worked — thank you!
Thanks!
I tried it, then waited about 15 minutes. Doesn’t appear to be working.
Hi Mike!
I’m sorry — I had to schedule that post for a future date.
WOW. It looks like it finally took! I just looked at another blog post, and the are now black. Woohoo! Do changes take a little while to go into effect?
Hi Victoria, thanks for responding.
No, I don’t see fonts in the Advanced styling tab.
How do we upload our own fonts to Enfold theme?
I see what you mean now — I went into my Mailchimpm list and changed that required form field to a dropdown with values from 1-18. I’m waiting on a few people to test it out other than myself.
Thanks,
AmandaHi basilis,
What do you mean by “a list of your need to be active so it can work”? My Money Prodigy List is active, but it has a number component to it that is required to be answered.
Hi Ismael!
thanks for getting back to me. Would I need to replace it within the Mailchimp list of mine, or within Enfold Theme?
Hi,
So that I”m understanding, you want me to delete that newsletter block, then create a new one that’s identical to it to see if it will work?
Thanks! Yes you can deactivate plugins but hopefully we can find a substitute if we have to do that.
Also, the same sign up form is on this page as well so can we please make sure that one is working too? http://www.moneyprodigy.com/blog/
Happy New Year, Andy!
Here’s what they replied:
As you’ve now changed the design of your typeform this means that your embed code changes slightly, too :) So, to change the colour of the button that launches your typeform you, or your Developer, would just need to make the changes as outlined by Agnes previously:
1) The default CSS styles included in the embed code are applied to the button with the specificity “.typeform-share.button” { … }
2) You can remove the default styles included in the embed code by removing the “button” class from the anchor element. (Just don’t remove the “typeform-share” class — that class is required for the popup code to function!)
3) You could add an id to the anchor element, and target that in your CSS rules, in order to override any other styles which are being applied.
Your modified anchor tag would then look something like this:
And then you would target that button in your CSS like so:
#typeform_launch_button { display: inline-block; width: 200px; line-height: 50px; font-family: “Helvetica Nueue”; text-transform: uppercase; border: none; // etc. }
I hope this helps Amanda but let me know if you need anything else!

typeform.com | twitter.com/typeform | facebook.com/typeformThe “Launch Me” above should be:
Launch me!Here’s their response:
*****************************
The default button included in the “Launch as a popup” embed code is a standard HTML link / anchor tag (), and it’s possible to customise the style of the button however you like, by applying CSS rules which target this element.Please note that while I’d love to help you with this in detail, I’m afraid we can’t troubleshoot custom code for you or give development instructions. But, basically, there are three things you should know:
The default CSS styles included in the embed code are applied to the button with the specificity “.typeform-share.button” { … }
You can remove these default styles by removing the “button” class from the anchor element. (Just don’t remove the “typeform-share” class — that class is required for the popup code to function!)
This will return the link to a standard inline text link.
You could add an id to the anchor element, and target that in your CSS rules, in order to override any other styles which are being applied.Putting both of the above things into practice, your modified anchor tag might look something like this:
Launch me!And then you would target that button in your CSS like so:#typeform_launch_button {
display: inline-block;
width: 200px;
line-height: 50px;
font-family: “Helvetica Nueue”;
text-transform: uppercase;
border: none;
/* + anything you like etc. */
}While waiting, I added that code to the other codes in the CSS, and it didn’t change anything with the button.
Admin access is in the private content area.Would I add that in addition to the code you gave me before? I’m not a coder, so I’m literally just copying and pasting off of your directions.
Hi Basilis,
I placed the codes where you said, but it didn’t change the look of the button at all (you can see the look on this page: http://www.moneyprodigy.com/financial-assessment/).
Hi Andy,
Thanks. Where would I place that code?
That made all my headers a little weird.
I can also launch it as a popup. The only issue is I don’t like the color of the button and font on it, but I couldn’t figure out where to change those colors at.
Can you tell me where I can alter these colors? Here’s the code:
Launch me!
<script>(function(){var qs,js,q,s,d=document,gi=d.getElementById,ce=d.createElement,gt=d.getElementsByTagName,id=’typef_orm’,b=’https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/share.typeform.com/’;if(!gi.call(d,id)){js=ce.call(d,’script’);js.id=id;js.src=b+’share.js’;q=gt.call(d,’script’)[0];q.parentNode.insertBefore(js,q)}id=id+’_’;if(!gi.call(d,id)){qs=ce.call(d,’link’);qs.rel=’stylesheet’;qs.id=id;qs.href=b+’share-button.css’;s=gt.call(d,’head’)[0];s.appendChild(qs,s)}})()</script>Thanks!
Hi Basilis!
I put that into my Quick CSS, and it appears to have not worked. I have several blog posts where I inserted a header image at the top manually, and then several posts where I didn’t, and the image doesn’t show up twice on the ones where it’s already there, or at all on the ones without a header image.
Thanks! Let me see if that works.
Hi Basilis,
Thanks for answering me. Would you be able to walk me through the coding with that? It sounds like a smart way to approach this.

November 6, 2016 at 11:59 pm in reply to: Contact Form — how do I associate a specific MailChimp list to it (API success) #708980Hi Rikard,
I finally did it! I had to take the blog post, and slide it under the Color section instead of trying to slide the color section above the blog post (the color section goes under the blog post when I click on the template I want). Is that the best way to do this moving forward?
November 5, 2016 at 2:51 pm in reply to: Contact Form — how do I associate a specific MailChimp list to it (API success) #708695Hi Rikard!
The problem I have is that whenever I add a new element, and want to move it in between or above another element, it takes me (no lie) about 24 or so times to get it to actually move. It’s intensely frustrating.
I slide it up to where I want it to go, there’s blue highlighting somewhere around the area, and then I release the mouse and it doesn’t move.
There’s got to be a better way to input elements above or in between other ones already on the page. Like right now, on any new blog post I create, when I want to input a color section so that I can put the header template I’ve created, it’s a NIGHTMARE to put the color section ABOVE the wordpress area so that it shows up as a header. In fact, I tried several times yesterday on my post about The Chocolate Coins, and still can’t get it above. So the header…is sitting below the post which looks ridiculous.
November 4, 2016 at 10:04 pm in reply to: Contact Form — how do I associate a specific MailChimp list to it (API success) #708448Ahhh–I just saw what it did. I clicked on the Color Section, and it put it at the bottom of the blog post.
Question for you: It is REALLY difficult to reorder a different item within the advanced layout editor. So I’ve been trying to slide up the Color Section to before the blog post entry, and can’t seem to get it to do it.
What is an easier way to reorder elements?
Thanks,
AmandaNovember 4, 2016 at 9:24 pm in reply to: Contact Form — how do I associate a specific MailChimp list to it (API success) #708432Okay, just tried the header template. I’ve attached screen shots (actually, I don’t see how I can attach a photo to this thread?). I have the individual blog post header I want on every single blog post as a template now called blog post header.
But when I try to use it on a single post it didn’t do anything.
How do I use this template now so that each individual post has the same header look?
Thanks,
Amanda -
