    That users dont must install “hide author” Plugin. The Users should dont show anywhere.

    I would modify your htaccess and there are so many scripts and 294 server requests… i’m not sure, is this all needed. and is autooptimize the right stuff. All can be used with a clear htaccess. And SEO is nearly complet missing. Mixed content problems are also there (http in https)
    The page has a loaded size of 2.9 MB. This is ok. but the scripts are too much.

    I write this for you and that’s all of my work. I pay for kriesi support. I don’t get money for task, that is on your side. This is not a feature, this is a must have for kriesi.

    i have added your contact form via shortcode in a special side slider. But now, i get spam. In your standard contact form it’s a hidden secret implemented which should prevent spam. Is it in the shortcode variation also implemented or i need an extra shortcode field?

    At my side: I can’t login, see error messages from the shitty layerslider.
    Other clients are also impacted from the shitty layerslider.

    16x Enfold has kriesi sold themes to me and my clients. But if you (or Kriesi) have no interest in further recommendations and selling to a webdesign and SEO company: This is absolute OK for me. I will report this in the “Association of Web Designers” in the recommended theme section and i will revise my recommandation.
    Kriesi pay for you, not for me. All is OK. It’s your job. 16x yearly support will ending next time
    But Kriesi will like your way, we will see.

    There are enough other developers, which want to sell themes.
    In Germany there is a saying: The customer is king. But not at Kriesi, here i’m a supliant. You are not a salesman, hmm?

    Every time … long discussion… I have never seen it at another theme sellers or theme support.

    There are enough topics here for deactivating this Layerslider.

    In the last time, i have switched to another themes, caused by topics like that. I’m wondering, why is it so difficult to insert a “Layerslider Disbale Button” in Enfold option. Some people have the wish for that. But OK, it’s your decission – with all the consequences for you and Kriesi. And for this, we pay 16x one year support contracting? For this, I pay for you? Not really, you will not get my money and my clients money in the future.

    Security and Speed: i’m sure that you know what i mean.
    I also feel a little bit deceived by you that it’s so hard to compare your scripts with those of the slider and give me an answer to my questions.

    And for the another stuff, i will send you screenshots from some of my clients, i hope, pictures will help you.
    And i dont know, what is too difficult to see the error, if i paste the rotten code here inside. But i will set it to BOLD

    we all know: In court does not win the one who is right.
    And different lawyers and courts can make different judgments. (In Berlin, the court decide in another way)
    But every letter and warning from a lawyer will take money from your pocket.

    I got a Newsletter from e-recht24.de. The lawyer recommended to insert in Contact form this checkbox. Other laywers have not the same opinion.
    And yes, this will pertub the design of webpages. And some people should make internet driving licence, for understanding, that a filled and sended contact form result in datas, which are saved on a server.

    Solve your solution the problem, that layerslider send updates, but it isn’t in kriesi with newest revision?

    Is your recommandation the solution that dozen clients of my company see a red (1) for an misisng update?

    If you recommend a child theme: What about security holes that are closed in the parenting theme and the whole plugins, which are delivered by Kriesi? What about with page speed – an important SEO and Bounce-Rate factor.

    Is your solution the same, what Thorsten Landsiedel recommended?

    They want an easy to update solution without any modification in the core.

    it would be nice, that you include in Enfold an option to deactivate this complete.
    In tens of Enfold installations, i have never use this Layerslider. I have never used also a child theme for some reasons.
    And i dont want modify tens of enfold clients pages with every update.

    That’s not very friendly from Kriesi.

    Layerslider make updates very often. In every installtions of my clients is a red (1) for an update shown. Really not nice.

    We all, me and my clients, don’t want this furthermore!
    We do not feel very comfortable with your customer relations and Kriesi policy in some areas.

    Furthermore, that you input automatic your URL in the Footer Socket is from SEO-View goof for you, but bad for clients: They lost Link Yuice to you. For You: Great, you got free backlinks again and again.

    i don’t know what you mean exactly.
    I have linked screenshots.
    I think, it’s a conflict between options or i don’t have understand this concept.

    User can define cutsom picture height. This stands in conclict with image height. An option is need to use the image height and to scretch to fill the whole page width, otherwise on all screens, user get different results.
    Than: Parallax: Does it works at mobile?
    Please show this as option on a kriesi page to show this with correct values.

    The double arrows are also there.

    Thanks for repyl. But my questions are not answered.

    Why i have at first color section no border, but in the following? I dont want disable borders. I want to know, why a border occur at the econd color section, but not at the first.
    The section question was also not the right answer. I have not ask to remove arrow. Please take a look to the page and the screenshot.
    The arrow has a place, which is not expected. The arrow comes after a contact form, implemented in a 1/1 section, not in a color section!
    Please inspect code, is there a bug in color section.

    As i have modified the “functions-enfold.php” to
    ‘heading’ => ‘p’,

    my semrush-score for page health is rising from 72% to 84%.

    But you ignore such topics. With the p-tag: The design is the same and push my my score more than 10%. Same on other professional seo-tools.

    But, hear, what yoast tell to you in 2010 – 7 years ago :-)

    For my understanding, kriesi spent time to reply the same topics again and again. kriesi spent time to take a look on websites and do manual modifications for same topics again and again.

    Since 1,5 years, i use your theme and see the game, what is played. With every support task, i get more angry.

    It seems, as i had bought 15 times the Enfold theme.
    It seems, 15 times x 93 € including 12 month extended support was a bad invest.
    It seems, that you have not a good quality system, where you can implement my issues.
    It seems, that i must implement the same stuff again and again.
    It seems, that i should use another themes in future.
    It seems, that i can’t recommend your theme anymore.
    It seems, that i must delete all contact information, caused clients of Kriesi contacting me.
    It seems, more people are not satisfy with your support.
    It seems, that you want play with the symptoms.
    It seems, that i dont repeat every error again.
    It seems, that you dont release the the urgent update for the HAM menu. All of my clients gets a cold polish.
    To ask clients to modify with a FTP editor your files is the crowning glory.

    And some clients don’t want automatic slider. In this case, nobody know, is it a slider on mobile phones and tablets.

    Here is my error report from many enfold installations.

    Some of your clients contact me now directly, caused by unsatisfied answers and thousand threads for same unsolved or work around topics.

    Please try it at your site. If you are unable to see the same errors, i will take my private time and i install a dummy page with your theme to show you this.
    A long list of custom css must copied to every installation. Most of that should given by Enfold as “Full Responsive” Theme.

    Errors and bugs are there without any plugins, on fresh installed enfold themes

    i don’t understand why you asking for user credentials. Most of my clients have a NDA with me.

    And why you dont test this at your machine? It’s easier for you to create on your test server a slider, put three pictures in and see, what happen instead to ask every time again. Only if you can’t reproduce this, than it’s advisable to ask again.

    The support from Kriesi has fallen down last time. I’m really not satisfy, what Kriesi do last time.

    I repeat something again and again and kriesi offer “custom Css” or theme file modifications.

    Ja das Problem ist bekannt und Kriesi möchte stets zu uns “Einzelfällen” die Zugangsdaten haben, anstatt das zu fixen und stets immer die gleichen Antworten und nachfragen zu präsentieren. Die “frage-antwort-zeit” kann man sich auch gut sparen, indem man Probleme löst, statt nach Zugangsdaten und temporären “Custom-Css” fragt.
    Hamburger und Search icon und Social Buttons überlappen stetig bei Icons, die nicht der quadratischen Norm entsprechen.
    Ich habe Deine Seite gesehen. Benutzt Ihr als logo einen xxl-Schriftzug?

    In such cases, the solution is there from Kriesi and every people must do changes in via ftp (in case if do people at all responsive test in deepness)

    In my case, I use your theme at my 15 clients. What is your idea to change it at 15 clients via ftp?

    What every user expect is a fast solution and delivery in time with an update. Do you integrate another features in this time? Why is a major error not solved in days, if you deliver a work around?

    Who should pay it and invest time to integrate this manual modifications at all of my clients? I must go to every clients papers and must log in every account. Most have change the credentials. This isn’t what I expected if I pay a theme for me and 15 of my clients with extended 12 month support. This is not what my clients expect from you.

    For my understanding: This is an effrontery from Kriesi… Since 2 Months is this known.

    Is the solution there, it would be nice from Kriesi to offer an emergency update for such major errors, if a main error and every important function doesn’t work correct.
    Minor bugs can offered in a next update take, but in my mind i think, you work also on another features. But a menu, which can’t open by users: This is a major topic with big impact at bounce rate, user experience and business impact, if we can’t transform a visitor to a lead.
    More than 50% of all interactions running via mobile devices.

    I think about to use another themes next times for my projects. Kriesi was my Favorite in the past. But I’m real not satisfy in last months.

    For other strange behaviors of the theme, I will create a dummy page and post it to another thread, what is happened with another avia elements.

    please fix it soon… i cannot insert some manual “work around” stuff on tens of clients with your theme.

    And please create an option to insert social icons in the menu. The social icons are completly away in mobile view.
