your version is more than one year old: July 26th 2023 – Version 5.6.5
I would upload manually newest enfold via ftp, rename the older to enfold_old, use the newest enfold and take a look, does all working fine in front- and backend, play around with the PHP versions and clear the cache.

Ok, thanks. But it is not possible to insert this option as #7 Option in the color section for the aspect ratios (Background repeating)?
If i read the forum, other people have similar problems in the past. Would reduce queries to this forum for my understanding.PS: In the past, player settings was loaded in the source code. This is away for my understanding or moved to a file, if i compare the source code. This was an older information from me.

I had released the same query years ago: It’s not possible, you create a creative series to work with enfold? For styling inspirations?
And yes, every feature and every update should explain in a video. With one bullet point of a list: I have in most cases no idea, what you mean with:- fixed: ALB video element preview/fallback image not showing
- tweak: extend theme option -> Header -> Shrinking Amount to start from 1%
- feature: Reading Progress Bar below header
- feature: ALB section – set custom section height depending on screen width
etc.,
It’s o.k. for Devs or other people. But not for normal users. I have no idea, what is this. Otherwise, I must do a deep dive.
It cost for every human massive hours. Example: The new progress bar, the new, the new shrink mode, to work with SVG sections and divider.
Please show us, what is possible from design aspect. In most cases, I play around with no success and leave it as it is.
This is sad for me.Please explain it, please make the customer journey better. And: video marketing is the ++ for your enfold marketing.
PS: A written manual for design is — yes very uncool and not modern. See Canva, etc.: All create small videos series to explain features.PPS: Options needed to exclude it, example homepage.

I think, it would be easier for all to have “enhanced option” inside the enfold option to toggle on/off the schemas which are fired, also to prevent malfunctions with seo-plugins. Instead, every person must manipulate the functions.php.
I like some schemas from enfold, which I must declare in rankmath or others with extra work like navigation (possible buggy, see my other thread) or breadcrumbs etc.

Dear Mike, it’s loading correctly in targeting countries. Not for bots, non-human traffic and untargeted countries.
It’s blocked due to scraping, hacking attempts and AI violence.
Many others have this problem also (see google). It’s solved for me, but possible, you can reproduce it with post, unattached to the standard category.

A selector to select / deselect schema-types in the enfold option would be nice to prevent this.
@Guenni. That is not the solution for my understanding. I have posts in 1,2 or 3 categories. And only if “allgemein” is deselected, than this error occur.
And I would rather not rewrite the URL-Structure – it would destroy many rankings. It is grown in this way.It seems, if new categories are created, they have no ID (or how is the word) at my installation? If I move blog articles to new categories and uncheck the standard category (in German “Allgemein”), this query string as category is created https://domain.de/?cat=-1 and all contents without the standard category are inserted in this query string.
As I have reselected this category for all blogs, the query string was away.Dear Support,

This messages are on all of ours clients. Later, if the page is crawled, you can visit the cached version of the page to see, was the rendering right (not always true, but in most cases)You should also check, is not a path blocked in robots.txt. I have seen some installation, where /themes/* or /plugins/* path was blocked, so the Google bot can’t render js and css to complete the page.

Is it possible, that the “remove query-strings” option not work anymore? I see so many query strings.
Some servers have difficulties with it to cache it. They cache only raw css and js, without@Alwin:
– The big question is: Do you have Apache or nginx and do you have a hosting with many others (cheap and lame) or a vserver or something else?
– I would recommend testing page speed at gtmetrix with a server in your country. It makes no sense, to scan with a server in Sand Francisco, if your main traffic come from France (a big latency)The big issue for me with enfold is the DOM-Size.
I have played a while with all options.
I have used all options active in enfold for merge and caching (it reduces time of loading to 1.4 seconds (from 2,6 s) and the LCP and CLS are strong) wit A-rating over 90 % (with many images). Clear cache and reload the page, before you test.

Dear Mike,
We have the same request. Since years, we prefer RankMath as better system as Yoast.
The support has send us to Enfold. The plugin is not fully working with Enfold.

Cool Idea :-)@Support: As I mentioned years ago, Fonts sizes like headings etc. should be therefore packed into different styles for devices. An H1 with 40 px is not good on tablets or mobiles. A 3-Tab solution should be there, to define sets for devices. If we follow the concept of “Base Size”, cool ideas are available (links below).
Manual defining of fonts sizes and distances blow up an own big file of custom CSS (font sizes has here a small impact). But, it’s coding. Possible, there is a predefined set for “harmonic Font sizes and distances”? Via Script, Formula or link to this pages? Possible is a toggle for “User-defined rules” and “adaptable predefined rules”
Examples & Formula: Possible, this can pack into an easy-to-understand option, to predefine a harmonic set.

On desktops, some modern designs have a two column design, where written content and images are aligned. And in the next section, they interchange the position.
Enfold deliver no smart “toggle” to solve this problem for mobiles. See images. To reach this layout, we must define a desktop set and mobile set and blow up the source code and the handling of the page. We must disable JS delivery/compression for the moment in our caching. There are too many interactive effects (which are unneeded / unasked from us) like fade-in effects of some elements like content-slider. It would be nice to set up this directly inside the element.Please check also your base.css – line 169

Hi Mike, for Accordions, you can find it here in private content (but it’s on all Enfold installations the same problem)
Hey, i have the same issue.
Colors have changed, (for some p-tags, a and li, inside forms); icons are away, accordion dropdowns have another layout, possible frames, Luckwp ToC doesn’t work.
Excuse: What is happened here? Many things have now another color.
Edit: Sorry, there are so many bugs in this version…. i must go back to version 4.8.3

i have tested something. With Magazine3 Schema Extensions seems a conflict with RankMath as main SEO Plugin.
If Rank math runs alone, all is ok with deactivated Magazine3 Schema Extensions.
But with custom CSS & JS is a conflict. It seems, the plugin eats some margin or padding.

– prevent to use shared hosting, 8 or 16 users are mostly ok
– try to use SSD or NVMe SSD hosting
– 1 GB Cache
– Try to find platform with nginx instead APACHE
– Work with WP-Rocket, the only one with best results and works with Enfold perfect. If you deliver worldwide, try to use CDN (also in WP-Rocket available as add-on)I can confirm: it’s very slow servers. Try to always use premium servers if you go forward professionally. All over 2 seconds are too long. Every second, 7% of visitors leave the page.
I can confirn: The waiting time for the first Byte is nearly 2 seconds. Normal and good is 100-300 ms
And: WooCommerce Ajax takes 5 seconds. You can see it in the waterfall diagram
