never had this problem before
if you open the link (in the private content) you can see image with multiple host spots
everything is configured as it should and yet none of the tooltip show
not in rollover and/or when you click – even if i turn off all the plugins
..what can cause this?Hey Doron,
are you using any caching? if yes switch it off.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

I have difficulties to navigate through your backend. Often I just get a blank page. I can’t do anything this way. Make sure that no IP’s or countries get blocked, so we can access everything smoothly.

Andythe site is hosted on WPengine hosting server in the US, i cant see reason why they will block you..
this is very strange..if it was an IP block wouldn’t you get error message instead of just blank page?
can you post a screen shot?

i will contact wpengine support and ask them
will let you know as soon as i get their answerok.. wpengine support team told me:
Yea, so this seems to be a blacklist issue.
You will need them to provide your their IP to give to us.
Once you have that, we will whitelist and you will be good to go.Hi!
The tooltips are not displaying because of the following css code in the rtl.min.css file.

I’ve changed the rtl.min.css
(marked the code you mentioned as a comment with /* at the begiining and with */ at the end

saved it and uploaded it back to it’s place on the server (instead of the old one)
refreshed the site but the problem still persists – no tool tip in the image with the hotspot :(Hi,

I’ve contacted wpengine support again and here’s what they said: “there aren’t any countries blocked on our end
we can white list only IP address so without IP address there isn’t much we can do but It’s weird that they only get a white page, if they were getting blocked they should see a 403 error message.”
but..on the other hand, the tool tip problem gone!
maybe the solution Ismael gave me didn’t work immediately because of I didnt flush my bowser cach?
any way..since everything is working just fine now, I think we close this topic
