    Tried Shop and Visual Artist demos from GitHub.

    avia_demo_files folder mentioned on https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/ didn’t exist after the theme and child theme installation so I created it.———

    Thanks for the information.

    Unfortunately, manual import didn’t work either.

    Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist http://kriesi.at/ in case the firewall is blocking it?

    From the hosts -Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to whitelist this right away Im afraid as we would need to see which security wall is being hit. it would be the IP address of the plugin/theme or app that is making the connection.
    Can you provide that please?

    It would be the IP of kriesi.at (85.13.136.225)
    Thanks for the login, I see that your PHP Max input time is 60, please ask your host to change it to 300, and then disabled your plugins, except the core woocommerce, and then try again.
    The FTP login above didn’t work, please check, what demo are you trying to install?

    HIya,
    Changed the max input time.
    FTP is correct but it was only unlocked for a a day. It’s unlocked again now.
    Disabled all the plugins and tried and still have the error.
    Trying for the shop demo or the Visual Artist from GitHub in ideal world although i can’t see a demo of that one.

    IP address request not reaching the hosts so not therefore being blocked by the firewall.

    Do you do refunds?
    I know you are doing your best with support but if this was a client I couldn’t wait all this time for replies…and perhaps we are in different time zones too.
    I can build it myself but liked your theme a lot and was hoping it would help reduce my time in builds going forward.

    You can see all of the demos here
    I see the FTP is now working, please advise which demo you want to be installed, Shop or Visual Artist.
    If you prefer a refund you would need to go through your Envato account, we can’t issue them here in the support forum.
