Not really sure what has happened, but the easy slider will no longer allow be to embed a youtube video. The videos just come up as “unavailable”. These sliders always used to work just fine, and I haven’t changed anything with how our homepage is setup for example. Hoping someone can help!

RikardIs there af fix for this issue yet? I have received multiple remarks from website visitors that the youtube embedded background link on our website is not working. I have tried it again, it seems that there is a change in the youtube links that are accepted.

I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please check the actual status of your videos on YouTube, as it might have changed.

RikardToo be honest, I have uploaded the themefile and change the old one to enfold_old.
After uploading the new theme data I still see:
Theme Updates: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.5.4)I am working with a Child Theme, or I am using the wrong data.
Where can I download the 4.8.6.2 data?Thank you,

It sounds like you are uploading the wrong theme files, could you try downloading them again from Themeforest to see if that helps? If you haven’t configured a token for the backend, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. You could also try this plugin for updating on the backend: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

RikardThank you Rikard, the market plugin worked for me. The theme has updated and all video related issues seem to be resolved.
