    Hi I have installed the theme and imported the Enfold 2017 demo but am not sure what did I do not right as it is not showing properly. Images in the partner/logo elements are not showing properly as well.

    Hi Rikard,

    I’m using that login details daily and just entered them as well and it is working. Please make sure there is no space when you copy and paste the details.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. All your screenshots are returning 403 errors, could you try uploading them to Google Drive or Dropbox instead please? I can’t see a LayerSlider or Animated Numbers added in your home page layout, please link to where we can see the actual problems. If you could use the link format in question as well, otherwise we get redirected to a JetPack login page.

    Hi Rikard,

    You must log in in order for you to view the image link. These images are uploaded into the WordPress Media tab on the left side menu bar for convenient viewing.

    Let me know if you can view these. Thanks. I’m not sure why you aren’t able to view via the original admin user login. We are using Google Chrome on our end and the errors that we uploaded are showing fine on our side. I’ve added a video to show you where the errors are and what’s going on at our end just in case, also in the google drive.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, I understand the problem better now. I’m not seeing the same thing on the backend of your site, as is shown in your video though. For example, when navigating to Pages, I see the layout as in the screenshot in private. And the URL is different on my end as well, please see private again. I tried going from the front end and edit your front page, but the layout is not the same there either. Do you know why that is?

    Hi Rikard,

    I think you might have entered the wrong site and account. Our account has 2 sites. One is paid business site while the other one isn’t. Please refer to the video in private. And we do not have the site stated in the image that you’ve shown. Plus, our user account doesn’t have a display picture as shown in your image on the top right. You might want to try clearing your cache and logging in using an incognito window.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m not sure exactly what is going on, but I can’t see what is shown in your video on my end. When I click (1), then I get redirected to (2), and I don’t see any options to switch sites (3). When clicking (4), I get redirected to (5), which is a JetPack login page.

    Hi Rikard,

    Like I already mentioned to you, please refer to image (1) below. You are logged in to another account that isn’t our account (Circled in Blue). Please log out of that account, clear your browser cache, and then log in via our account (2). Also, is there a better form of communication so that we can perhaps share screen to rectify this issue?? E.g. Zoom? Else, we will be just stuck on login without being able to solve the main problem.

    I’ve noticed from the forum that the issues I’m facing are the same with many other users. And there are many who mentioned that 4.8.3 doesn’t have these issues everyone is facing right now. Could you provide me with a copy of 4.8.3 so that I can install this previous version while waiting for fixes

    @Rikard,
    There are a few issues:
    – I had to manually update the theme since it doesn’t auto-update itself. Please check the issue and assist on that part. (1)
    – Fullscreen slider isn’t working: Please refer to link (2)
    – Tab Section isn’t working

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I turned off CSS file compression under Enfold->Performance, and your site is working as it should after that. I’m not sure why that is creating problems on your site, but it might have something to do with the CDN network which seems to be active on your site. If it’s possible to turn that off, then please try doing so, and activate CSS file compression again after that.

    Thank you for resolving the above. Meanwhile, there are other new issues I’m facing as well:
    *Do note that this is based on the pre-created pages that come with the theme
    1. Toggle & Accordions is not working (When click, there is no toggling action)
    2. Layer Slider is not working also

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I turned off file compression for JavaScript in the theme options as well, and the toggles are working after that, please see private. I can’t see any problem with the LayerSlider though, could you try to explain that problem a bit further please?

    Hi Rikard,

    Thank you for helping with all the issues so far. I still have 1 problem I’ve just encountered. The ‘Tab Section’ of the Layout Elements isn’t working properly.
    There is a huge gap at the top area before the text on each alternate tab. Please refer to the video link in private. Also, I notice that I’m unable to add padding to the logo that is aligned to the Main menu bar, thus it will look like the Logo is stuck to the top of the website without any gap which makes visibility not so great.

    Tab Section; please select the Auto adjust the content option in the Content height dropdown in the element option.

    Logo; I’m not sure what you are looking to achieve. Please try to explain the problem a bit further, or post a screenshot highlighting your intentions.

    You can set the number of entries to be displayed in the element options, under Content->Filters. Did you try to set a higher number there?
