I have performed the following:
-Deactivated all plugins except layerslider
– copy transitions+ styles from other layerslide demo’s
– compressed videosand more.

Rikardare you can see i installed new theme, disbale all plugins and showed style.css which hasn’t been changed.

Sorry for the delay. The issue seems to be only happening on Chrome, it works fine on Firefox.
We found this error in the console but we are not exactly sure where it is generated because the scripts are compressed with Autoptimize. But we know that it is within the Froogaloop script, which creates the Vimeo player.

We are not really sure why it glitches, but we may have found a way to prevent it from occurring by adjusting the video layer’s transition settings as follows. The following is the settings of the video layer in the first slide.
Opening Transition > Timing & Transform
Starts at 0
Duration 13000
Easing linear
Perspective 0Ending Transition > Timing & Transform
Starts when Opening transition completes
with modifier 0
Duration 0
Easing linear
Perspective 0We also set the Slide Timing of the first slide to 13000ms so that it is the same as the duration of the video.
You will notice now that the first slide transitions smoothly to the second, but the glitch still occurs on the third to fourth transition because we have not adjusted the transition settings for those slides.

You do not have to trim the videos. Did you follow the settings above? The glitch in the first to second slide transition was actually removed or fixed after setting those options. Did you check it?

Thank you for the update.
Looks like the issue is quite random. Sometimes two or more of the slides fade smoothly but the other slide glitches, sometimes all slides are not transitioning correctly. We cannot find any pattern and we do not see any errors, so it is quite difficult to debug.
We created a duplicate of the home slider, remove the other slides and try to set the options but the issue still occurs. We created a record of the preview.

Currently, we do not know what is actually causing the issue, so we cannot give you any solution. Have you tried using the theme’s sliders from the Advance Layout Builder?

That is unfortunate. I will try digging further but do you think its code related or video related?

It is probably code related as it seems to work randomly with the current videos. We actually left only mp4 videos in the test slider to check if there is a problem with the other format, but the issue persists. Maybe an issue with the layer slider transition. It might work correctly with Slider Revolution, but it is not included in the theme by default.

It is probably not an issue with the theme, only with the layer slider. You can try it with a default theme first, see if the issue persists.

We NOT are saying that this is not a theme issue. We already told you that we cannot figure out the problem. Please note that we did not create the layer slider and only bundled it with the theme.

i don’t a fresh install of theme which is bundled together with layerslider.
Layerslider isn’t working so why aren’t you guys fixing it when techniqually i paid for it since its bundled in the price?

Yes, the layer slider is included and bundled with the theme. We are just trying to say that we did not create it and we do not maintain it, so any related issue with it will be difficult for us to debug, moreso when we do not see any script errors just like in this case.
I will forward the issue to our channel so that other moderators could check it.
