I have Enfold Theme Options Not Displaying Correctly problem with both Firefox and Chrome. My example is the Footer theme options. It will display the Default Footer & Socket Settings only. No other options are shown. Please see images below for details. This is a newly created (1 month old) ionos business hosting account.

Thanks for giving us admin access.
The problem was caused by WordPress 5.5 which removed jQuery Migrate, to temporarily fix this I have installed and activated Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.
I suggest updating from Enfold 4.5.7 to the latest version of Enfold which contains patches for issues caused by WordPress 5.5 (make sure to have a backup first before updating).
PS. You can remove the plugin once the latest version of Enfold is used.Best regards,
NikkoMy Theme Options are not shown, neither when I use the menue “Theme Otions” on the top. Save options doesn`t work neither.

Hi Dieter,
You’re still using Enfold 4.3.1, please try to install and activate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin. Once you have updated to the latest version of Enfold (don’t forget to backup) which contains fixes for it, you should be able to remove the plugin without having the theme options issue again.

If I want to use the theme in a further project I would have to buy another licence or can I expand the old one?

The policy is one license per site so if you don’t use it on another site then you can use the same license.
It’s only the support that you’ll need to extend.
Since you are using 4.3.1 the theme updates then it should be using an API key to update the theme, however, envato/themeforest has stopped using it and enforces the use of token.

I’m glad to hear that the token works.
However I’m not sure what you mean with your question, do you mean you have purchased an item and you want it to change/swap to Enfold? if yes, then I would suggest asking for help with Envato’s support since they handle the sales and everything in themeforest.Best regards,

The changes I make in Enfold theme options does not apply in the front end. fx. if I change font color or size it does not show on the site. it worked fine yesterday. Everything is updated to the latest version.
Changes on the “pages” does apply as normal. What to do?

Could you please use this website – http://csslint.net/ and check your custom CSS for errors?
If that does not help, please create a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it :)
