Hello
Here is my version configuration of my site
Wordpress => 5.4.2
Enfold => 4.6.3.1
Woocommerce => 4.3.0
Thrive leads => 2.2.17.3I have just purchased the Thrive Leads plugin for its functionality and reliability, but I am experiencing a problem with the Thrive Leads form editor which loads indefinitely.
I contacted Thrive Leads support who detected a conflict with the parent Enfold theme. By changing the theme, everything works fine.
I attach part of the response from Thrive leads.
thank you in advance for your action********************************************************
Response from Thrive leads

“I have successfully logged in to your website with the provided credentials and checked the issue and indeed the editor is loading indefinitely. When checking the console, an error popped up, it is generated by a code conflict most likely in the theme.Since you have given us permission to deactivate 3rd party plugins/switch the theme, when switching to a default WordPress Theme the editor successfully loaded with no errors in the console.
Upon further troubleshooting, it seems the “child theme” is not at fault, but the default version of Enfold theme as when I activated Enfold (not child), the same behavior was occurring.
I reactivated the Enfold – Child Theme back so you will find the website as you left it.
Please note that Thrive Themes products are built according to the WordPress codex. In other words, they’re built the way WordPress software is supposed to be built and will work with any other plugin/theme that was build according to the default WordPress codex.
I would recommend reaching out to the developers of Enfold to have a look at the issue as they know bets how they designed their product.

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

VictoriaJuly 23, 2020 at 11:06 am #1232556Hello Victoria
Following your message, I am attaching the requested information to you in order to resolve the form design editor problem of the Thrive leads plugin in connection with the Enfold theme.
thank you in advanceJuly 23, 2020 at 5:13 pm #1232680Hi Xorex_92,
Thank you.
Can you please tell us how to reproduce the issue step by step?
Best regards,
VictoriaJuly 24, 2020 at 10:01 am #1232913Hi Victoria
Here is how to reproduce the problem step by step.
====================
From the wordpress dashboard.
– Select in the left column, Thrive Dashboard
– Click on Thrive leads Dashboard
– Click on “ADD NEW” of Lead Groups
– Give a name to Lead group name. Example “group01”
– Click on “ADD NEW TYPE OF OPT-IN FORM” of “groupe01” (blue button).
– Select a type of form. “Lightbox” example
– Click on Add a form. (black button on the right).
– Click on “CREATE FORM” (blue button at the top of the page).
– Give a name to the new form. Example “Form01”.
– Click on the “CREATE FORM” button.
We have come to the point where the problem appears.
– Click on the blue button on the right “Edit Design”.
A new page opens with animated green dots. and it stays indefinitely, the design editor does not load. Here’s the problem !.=========================
For information, in the dashboard screen on the line “group01” on the right there is a red exclamation point. This is because there is no option to select. To delete it, just click on it and choose for example “All Pages” and save.
Thank you in advance for your investigations. I hope you find it, otherwise I would have to choose between Enfold and Thrive Leads.
See you soon
July 30, 2020 at 2:20 pm #1234162Hi,
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login & the clear steps to follow, so when the thrive architect builder hangs you are getting this error in the console:post.min.js?ver=5.4.2:2 Uncaught ReferenceError: pagenow is not defined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (post.min.js?ver=5.4.2:2) at i (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable,jquery-ui-draggable,jquery-ui-drop&load[chunk_1]=pable&ver=5.4.2:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable,jquery-ui-draggable,jquery-ui-drop&load[chunk_1]=pable&ver=5.4.2:2) at Function.ready (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable,jquery-ui-draggable,jquery-ui-drop&load[chunk_1]=pable&ver=5.4.2:2) at HTMLDocument.J (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable,jquery-ui-draggable,jquery-ui-drop&load[chunk_1]=pable&ver=5.4.2:2)
Please see the screenshots in Private Content area.
I also see that you are using Enfold v4.6.3.1, this version had many issues, please update your them to the latest version (v4.7.6), to update this version you will have to update via FTP.
If you would like help with this please include FTP access in the Private Content area plus a dropbox link to your theme files that you download from your Envato account.
Have you tried to deactivate your other plugins to see if this helps? It seems that the thrive support only checked if their plugin will work with the default WordPress theme, I’m surprised that they didn’t see this error?
Lets update the theme first and then investigate further.PS, does your webhost have the one click staging site option, this is a option in most cPanels to create a staging clone of your site so we can test on it deactivating and removing things and your live site will stay up and running, untouched. You can always ask your webhost to help you with setting this up if you want.
Here are some screenshots of what it would look like:

MikeJuly 30, 2020 at 6:22 pm #1234191Hi
I updated the Enfold theme to the latest (version V4.7.6) and the problem is still the same.
I switched to the default WordPress theme (Twenty Seventeen) and Thrive Leads works great !! There is therefore a problem with the Enfold theme. The installed plugins are therefore not in question.
Please investigate Enfold a bit more and find a solution.July 31, 2020 at 1:29 pm #1234371Hi,
Are you able to create a staging site for us to test? Please note that there are many plugins that have issues with Enfold’s builder, and it is not always directly, so I recommend testing Enfold & Thrive Leads together without other plugins or caching and minifying.Best regards,
MikeAugust 1, 2020 at 12:45 pm #1234501Hi
I performed tests by disabling plugins.
When I deactivate the Woocommerce plugin, it works fine.
So there is a conflict between the Thrive Leads plugins, Woocommerce and the Enfold theme which cannot work together. Just remove 1 of the 3 and it works !!!
I informed Thrive leads of the Pb with Woocommerce.
you have to work together
Thank you for your helpAugust 2, 2020 at 1:05 am #1234530August 2, 2020 at 11:38 pm #1234681Hi,
Thrive Leads replied to my request:Thanks for reaching out to us.
We have users that are using the same theme with our Thrive tools. That
said, we still cannot guarantee that it will work 100% with other plugins &
themes…
Currently, we do not have a test version. So unless we can test with your site, I don’t see anything else we can do.

GAugust 27, 2020 at 1:02 pm #1241192Hi,
@Ge Ga, recently Thrive Leads has given us a testing version and we have given Thrive Leads a testing version of Enfold, but so far neither of us has found a solution.
Please note that the error is a result of Thrive Leads, Woocommerce, & Enfold
If Woocommerce is disabled Thrive Leads & Enfold work together, this makes the issue more complex.
We will leave this thread open and post any updates here.Best regards,
MikeAugust 28, 2020 at 6:21 pm #1241670Hello,
Thanks for your answer.
I understand that woocommerce, enfold and thrive leads must work together.
Do you have any idea of the time needed to find a solution?
I must keep Woocommerce for my business.
Thus, I have to choose between another WP theme and another Leads tool.
Who should I ask a reimbusrment?
Each day, I loose business…
Thanks for your answer and help.

Any new information about this?
Thanks.September 14, 2020 at 6:18 am #1245655Hi Ge Ga,
We apologize for the delayed response.
Can you create a staging site for us? so we can try to inspect and troubleshoot without risking your live site.
Here’s a simple tutorial you can follow: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
It may have some similar issues with Thrive Apprentice which is resolved here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/thrive-architect-not-loading-in-enfold/Best regards,
