    Hello,

    I’m using the last version of the theme but emails are not being sent to my mail box from the contact form…

    please help me :)

    SAME. i have a ticket open as well. After much troubleshooting, i figured out a bizarre workaround. by changing my url from /contact to /quote it started working. The problem seems to possibly be associated with the URL structure? Please advise moderators

    Hi anitaredpeps,

    What exactly are you afraid of losing? Did you make any changes to any of the theme core files? Please make sure that you have backups of the site before you update, if anything should go wrong then you can always restore the latest backup.

    Hi anitaredpeps,

    Thanks for the update. Do you know if your WordPress installation is able to send emails? You can test that by requesting a new password on the login screen for example. Also, did you try the suggestions here? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-
