I just updated the theme to 4.6.3.1. After the update, I am not seeing the Advanced Layout Builder for one of the custom post types in this site (Manufacturers). I was able to see the Advanced Layout Builder before the 4.6.3.1 update.

Well, you’re not using the child theme and the code added in the functions.php is overwritten with the update. You need to add the child theme and put your code there.
