    Hello,

    We have a bug with pagination, after chosing a category, on an ajax portfolio (grid masonery) : there is a page 2 button but there’s no page 2 because we have only 4 items / 20 items in the category (for example, “environnement”) and we are displaying 4×4 items (16)

    Could you fix the problem ?

    Hey Oli,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi Oli,

    Thanks for giving us access.
    The pagination that appears on the bottom is for all the items (not for categories) when you filter categories the pagination isn’t changed, we apologize for the misunderstanding.

    Hi Nikko,

    That make no sense. Every pagination must follow filters choice…

    Even in your kriesi forum when you search something (for example https://kriesi.at/support/search/?bbp_search=enfold+button), the pagination buttons are updated, there are 274 pages, not all the 4521 pages…

    Will you plan fixing the problem in the next version ?

    We understand and we apologize for the inconvenience.
    The only workaround we can give at the moment is to load all portfolio items without the pagination, but rest assured that Kriesi and our devs look into this.

    We have already posted this in our feature requests, unfortunately this isn’t included yet in the fixes they are working on, so it might take some time before this can be added :(

    Hi olivier,

    I see you managed to solve this problem on the demosite https://audiovinyl.ch/shop/?kategorie1=hifi-sets&hifi-sets-typ=buecherregal-sets
    Do you make use of a specific plug-in?

    If not can you share how you managed to fix this because we’re facing the same issue at the moment.

    we didn’t use any plugin, we’re waiting for the enfold team to fix this bug.

    It’s been more than one year, could you fix it Nikko ?

    Hi,

    This “problem” is not a bug – it is the behaviour of this element. The filter buttons are only applied to the elements loaded (= “All”) and there is no callback to the server to load more elements automatically. This is intended and if you want a limitation with paging and filter.

    Filter is based on https://isotope.metafizzy.co/ and changing this would need a complete redesign – at the moment there are no plans.
